தமிழக அரசு நடத்தும் மருத்துவ கல்லூரி மாணவர் சேர்க்கையில் மொத்தமுள்ள இடங்கள் 5400. இதில் அரசு மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிக்கான இடங்கள் 3300. தனியார் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிக்கான இடங்கள் 2100.

In 1997, IITs conducted re-exam because of questions leaked out. They didn’t stop entrance exam after that and 26 years have passed since then. There hasn’t been any complaint of Questions leak. Going by your argument, since students are studying for 12 years and scoring marks, should we say, there shouldn’t be an entrance exam for IITs? Ridiculous.
If there are issues with the NTA, that’ll be corrected. If TN state syllabus is so good, why the students cannot clear NEET?
Your points are baseless. Only TN is making or housing so much about NEET. All other states have accepted and are getting benefited. Do, just shut up.
TN has the highest number of medical colleges in India. 38 colleges in TN are state government colleges built by TN Government's own money spending 500 to 700 crores of rupees. TN built medical colleges to improve state Healthcare systems in Tamilnadu. TN has the least Maternal mortality rate and Infant Mortality Rate, ie number of mothers die and number of children die during child birth. The Maternal mortality rate and Infant Mortality Rate are very high in North Indian states.
So, Tamilnadu has every right to decide how it can fill the seats in Tamilnadu medical colleges built by Tamilnadu.
NEET can continue in Central government colleges like AIIMS and JIPMER.

How is it that there are 36 private medical colleges in TN, which is the highest amongst all the states? Also, how does NEET selection affect these colleges? It’s an All India selection method and anyone across the country, who is selected is going to pay the fee and study. This is applicable for the govt colleges of TN as well as other govt medical villages across the country. TN based candidates can also choose from the list of colleges across the country. What’s your problem?
I read you like this. You want the private medical colleges to make tons of money using management quota and not go by merit.
Also, I see the separatist attitude in your message. If you want the advantages of having so many medical colleges only for TN people, then, look at this situation, as one of the many examples I may give. For you in TN to run the Thermal Power Stations, you require coal from Bihar and Odisha. Can Odisha say no to coal? How will you produce power? You should look at the country as a whole. You don’t have two horns to boast about yourself. Mind you. There are plenty of central govt aided organisations in TN for over 50 years like MAPP, BHEL, BEML, Defence corridor etc. Lakhs of people are benefiting from these initiatives. I have added only a few things here.
