He also, while we were looking at a home, he started to rifle through a photo book of the seller. I thought that was pretty rude on his part.
I've been encouraged/pressured by MULTIPLE agents over the years to offer more than I wanted. Tbf, some were in very hot markets but some weren't. It always felt like they were pushing for higher commissions. Idk hard to know their motivations.
talked me into offering more and i felt that the house was not worth it because i was a cash buyer and the house needed a lot work but not only that but everything i didn't want in a home he made sure it had lol ,now we are moving and have lived in a home we where never happy with also never told me the place was a place of many decided people

My agent refused to put in my offer. I should have gotten another attorney. I ended up getting screwed over in the end. Lesson learned.

That's exactly what happened to me & 1-2 years later, my unit was the value of my offer, 20k less than my purchase price.
