Right on, thank you! I'm thinking of doing something out at Gooseberry Mesa near Zion at some point, is Zion as epic as everyone says it is? Cheers and thanks!
Firewild, what is good man! I hope life is treating you well and thank you! Things are going good here. This year has already had its ups and downs, but making the most of each day and so stoked that it's summer again. More rides to come, thanks for the support brother!
Haha, thanks and yeah, the edge is close in a few spots, I don't generally like exposure, but there's some ledges below the trail that would catch you if something were to happen in most spots
Not a mountain biker, but I stayed for the scenery and commentary. I used to live in southern Utah and moved away 3 years ago. It was nice seeing the landscape I used to hike a bit. I miss spring and fall there so much. Summer can go to hell, though. Haha!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. I really love hardtails for beginners, they come in at a cost point that is approachable, and you can tackle so many trails on a good hardtail. Plus all the skills you develop on a hardtail translate so well over to a full suspension if you ever wanted to upgrade. So if you are looking at getting into trail riding, I would look for a good 29'er hardtail. I would prioritize a few things. A dropper post, a single chain ring up front if possible, hydraulic disc brakes. A lot of companies have a good hardtail like this in the $1,000 or $1,200 range. Trek I know is running some good sales right now, I think Canyon is also. The other great place to ask around too is www.pinkbike.com/ Their forums are the most active spot online for MTB conversations, so if there are any detailed bike questions they can definitely help out. A lot of bike companies at the moment are having solid sales. I also really like JensonUSA and Worldwide Cyclery in terms of online shops if you don't have a local shop. Last but not least (self-promo) but I have a beginner mountain biking guide video here: th-cam.com/video/x_Gm4pW-AI8/w-d-xo.html
That's awesome, thanks for watching! Yeah, I've been riding since I was a teenager, used to race quite a bit as well. You should definitely do Enchilada if you ever get the chance, it's rad! cheers and thanks
Super rad! Just rode it. It was awesome, and long. Really happy it was overcast. Ahab was sooooo hot the day before lol I was also shocked by seeing 4 med evacs while being out there 😬
Thank you kalechips! much appreciated, I've got more planned for this year, going to try to make it the biggest mtb year for the channel yet. Cheers and thanks!

Yo right on, and peak Enchilada season! Did you ride from Burro Pass on? Hope it was awesome and nicely done!
Reminds me of my mountain biking session in Sedona. Love going through desert topography
Sedona is on my bucket list for rides, how is it out there? Hangover is a goal one day
@@BBKDRAGOON It was gorgeous. Experienced a lot of rocky trail on the path we chose, but I found it overall really fun and challenging
