The investors are well aware, but having lots of VCs in my network now, they all say the same thing, "there are no good startups to invest in," and the reason being is that most people just plain suck at building good businesses ; unviable unit economics of their items, no path to market, no technical experience in writing code... all of these can be learnt.
Barrier to entry to start a start up is a lot. Like even if you have a great idea Vc's angel would invest in people who are stanford dropouts and normal can even raise friends and family round 😂.
I've had small ecommerce businesses, Amazon FBA when I was 15 before QOVES, by 17 I had made close to 100k selling perfume samples on ebay... QOVES started when I was 19. QOVES doesnt mean anything, it was just a domain I bought when I was 18? because it sounded cool and was 5 letters, knew it would be valuable. The brand was built around that, the name doesnt make the company, so you could call it anything and it would be the same.
This brother is in the big league for sure
What about a ecom brand exiting it ? That can definitely get you millions . For example , boxy charms exited for 400 million .
There are plenty of ecommerce startups.
Most startups will never make money and simply take advantage of the risk tolerance of investors.

if that was the case, there would be only 50 startups a year.
what did you study/what was your history in buisness before qoves? Also how did you come up with that name?
