What is this canvas tool you are using ?
This is such a great faceless idea. Cheers.
The man behind the voice.
What I’m wondering is why are you taking the time to make these long very informational great videos with little advertisement? I mean they’re great and thank you but I’m js curious ngl
Its just me talking into a camera for 30mins, no edits or retakes, so its not too bad for me tbh.
Would love to see the video on how to make the biz investible.
Your lucky day : th-cam.com/video/QjyZjrhGz6M/w-d-xo.html
Finally someone who aknowledges the learning process and the mastery of technical aspects rather than just promoting shortcuts
When you suggest offering a service or product after reaching 100k (approximately), do you mean across all platforms or on at least one platform?
1 platform, preferably a high ticket one, e.g. linkedin, twitter or YT. With Linkedin or Twitter, id say the requirement is lower, and Tiktok, IG, its much higher bc less conversions, more distrust etc
@@shafeeshassan Thank you
What about a ecom brand exiting it ? That can definitely get you millions . For example , boxy charms exited for 400 million .
There are plenty of ecommerce startups.
Thank you, bro. Your videos are like a North Star. I was stuck figuring out this phase of the content and how I was going to do what Qoves does but for my type of brand. This video has been beneficial so far on my journey.
Thank you, great video
do you think going into an existing industry is a wise move? For example a lot of content creators in a industry but not crazy quality?
yes, you can always compete on quality, regardless of competition.
Thanks for the video Shafee, do you think you can make one on a checklist for making content good
Thanks for your videos, Shafee! Can you make a video about monetization and how to properly approach this topic once you have enough followers?
It would be interesting to also include start-ups here. Perhaps the focus could be on what is particularly relevant for investors and which aspects they pay particular attention to when monetizing a company.
@ th-cam.com/video/QjyZjrhGz6M/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=ShafeeHassan Watch this for the investor relevancy of a business.
Sir, Do you have Pakistani roots? Love from Pakistan ❤
Sir you are an inspiration for us
hey shafee, was looking through your earlier qoves videos and noticed you did have some personality behind them in comparison to them now. Would it be unwise to make slightly personal videos (Jokes,Analogies, etc..)?
In the early days, its fine, but ideally not.
What is the software that you use in the video?
Figma if you mean the drawings.
@@shafeeshassan Thank you!!
Hey Shafee, Can I have a meeting with you for free ?
Nearly half of the video about 100$ million business is about python 😢
Time to learn.
Mashallah ❤ Thanks brother for this clarifying roadmap for saas aspirants 🎉
very well made video man, what are your thoughts of growing on ig/tiktok via meme / skit content strategies that are more top of funnel but get more views opposed to informational content that gets less views but more qualified leads?
good question, in the early days, niche content, then after say 400k followers / subs / etc, mainstream. For scaling the business you always need to go mainstream. You cant build a product that millions of people like (and gets billions in valuation) if you make content for only 100s.
Thank You so much, these videos are a north star for my journey, I am learning a lot and am already very thankful for this amazing content!
Thanks Shafee. I have a TH-cam channel on Ancestry and DNA and have seen your content as inspiration for a long time
Thank you Shafee, helps a lot!
This brother is in the big league for sure
Appreciate you sharing your insights and biz knowledge on this channel, crazy stuff haha didn't know the whole operation behind QOVES was that sophisticated.
Where did the name Quoves came from?
random 5 letter domain I bought in 2016.
15:28 🤣🤣🤣🤣
how do you sell people Your product without making it seem "sellouty". I myself dont buy content creator promoted products so why would other people?
Make your branding as legitimate as possible. Where its not a person, but a corporation selling to you... all of a sudden it becomes not a big deal.
as a facial aesthetics expert what would you say is the ideal ethnicity for facial aesthetics?
Thank you man, very helpful! Keep going 💪🏻
Really valuable and inspirational content, first of all thank you for your time and effort. How would you market your content without scientific information if you were starting from 0 in another niche? I mean it totally makes sense to give detailed information to audience for engagement but what if your niche doesn't care about scientific info or serious content. Maybe you can explain the general idea of thinking how to market our product, because i've been thinking a lot but can't find any good way to market any brand without serious content. I would be really happy if you can give some ideas. Thank you again for this type of content and wishing you the best. Also i would love to join to a private community
I would argue to make every niche into a serious analytical thing. There's plenty of people to make unserious content, which also makes your audience quality lower btw, so for a business perspective, I would make it as serious (but as engaging) as possible. Even if its something as benign as ceramics, I would make videos on the sciences of ceramics. Serious content make you an authority figure in the space...
27:00 What software do you use to create your videos? I see that it is After Effects but are there any plugins you use etc?
All pure vanilla After effects, you'll need to make your own templates, components etc as part of your branding. Design it first in Figma and then replicate it in AE, but thats what I mean by you need to have an eye for the process from A-Z. There's no plugin that will make the difference in your business for you.
@ interesting. I have been learning video editing on AE for the past two years and never considered integrating it with Figma. Thank you.
i was looking for business videos and found yours..loved your content, please continue making it!! :)
did you trademark qoves ?
obviously! But dont get caught up in legalities until you're well into the business, its expensive.
What was your original motivation for Qoves, especially the beauty niche? Has it become what you envisioned?
There wasnt a big business plan in place when I started, it was just to make content and make money on the adsense views. Only later did it organically evolve into something much bigger.
you create qoves ? subscribe
Do you have Discord group?
No, you can dm me directly if you have questions.
Great content! Huge fan of Qoves. I'm running a startup for the beauty market in Brazil, would love to connect! Will shoot you an email.
Hey, thats great to hear! Hopefully the videos are providing value.
can you make a vid about social media content creation advanced tips?
maybe in a private community one day, theres too much to cover.
@@shafeeshassan please do it, the fact that you were able to create an audience of 2M with faceless accounts is the main reason I follow you
any podcasts/books or activites you can recommend from a personal pov?
100m offers by alex hormozi
hey, do you like reading books? what are some books you can recommend? I like your videos so much, they inspire me and make me think a lot. Definitely life changing. Thank you for these kinds of valuable informations. Also I'm sure your launch will be amazing with QOVES good luck with it, i'm really excited about that product, have a lovely day
0 to 1 by peter thiel and 100m leads by Alex Hormozi are good if you are getting started.
Can you do this "case-study" esque approach on a b2C Startup/Company?
Sure
does qoves´s product run on Ai/Algorithms or is it manually reviewed by doctors?
both!
Wow, QOVES' videos are performing super well! This video is great! You have my sub :D
Most startups will never make money and simply take advantage of the risk tolerance of investors.
The investors are well aware, but having lots of VCs in my network now, they all say the same thing, "there are no good startups to invest in," and the reason being is that most people just plain suck at building good businesses ; unviable unit economics of their items, no path to market, no technical experience in writing code... all of these can be learnt.
Barrier to entry to start a start up is a lot. Like even if you have a great idea Vc's angel would invest in people who are stanford dropouts and normal can even raise friends and family round 😂.
if that was the case, there would be only 50 startups a year.
excuse me, I wasn't here during qoves 1.0. I love your content but I still don't know what is your product. is Qoves a clinic ?
Our main product is analysis of the face. The tech, software and proprietary data in knowing what and how to analyze a face in a clinical sense. Previously for 1.0 we were delivering this analysis to customers via a 30 page PDF report,, written by human doctors, which we sold thousands of units of over 4 years... as a MVP, to see if people want an analysis of their face to help them look better. Now with a lot of size and strength, we've switched to being fully software based. The analysis is digitized onto our SaaS, our doctors still write portions of the analysis but with the advancement of AI and Computer Vision, a lot of the heavy lifting, such as generating a 3D model of the face from images, is now possible. Clinics lastly, are our goals for this year and next, where the software of 'analysing' a face is sold to vetted clinics around the world (B2B) but is also available in our own clinics in major cities in an exclusive form too (B2C).
@@shafeeshassan Thank your for sharing all the process. I discovered you and qoves thru Leo. a guy I used to watch like 10 years ago when I was in High School...
