Use gel toothpaste only because Dental gold is totally different from regular Gold

For diamonds you shouldnt use this process, using a soft bristle tooth push and soap/water would be fine in the meantime until professionally cleaned and polished
Use hot water soap baking soda let it sit for 5 min use a soft tooth brush to clean rinse well

you wouldnt let your grillz sit in any chemical solution. this is just a step to keep them clean in the meantime until professionally cleaned up
