Hi. Just found your videos. Moving to CO this August from downtown Chicago. Decided on Cherry Creek, to make the transition easy. Hoping it's a fun place to live, meet new people. If the vibe is as fun, welcoming as you guys, Im excited. Love your energy.
ive only just found your channel but ive been binging your videos. im curious about moving to denver and you guys are convincing me bit by bit. keep up the good work!
Yeah, I think 100000 other people feel the same way... look at Denver's drugged up/homeless situation, soon to be shipped out - to someplace out of state, I hear. 🌿 I wish you the best of luck.
You can experience a radically different Colorado depending on what city you live in. Arvada is amazing and I miss living there...close to everything, great city water, families who've been there forever and really care about the city. You can never have enough chapstick and bottled water. It can be hard to make friends and meet people if you don't drink and don't hike on the weekends...prepare to be lonely. As a native, Arvada, Lyons and Boulder are the best cities, especially for raising kids. Erie is great for young families, Thornton consists of mostly non-natives, terrible city water and liberals in case you are looking for that... also its hard to find good food. Centennial and Castle Rock are great cities especially if you are a biker. Westminster and Broomfield are nice, just less so than Arvada and Boulder.
Hi guys:) im looking to move to denver by myself after i graduate college in May, where should i start to look for apartments/studios that are affordable but also not run down? Any ideas?
What’s up man?! I would start looking around the Union Station area. There are a lot of newer apartments that are nice and pretty affordable for Denver.
I’m a Colorado native and I just can’t seem to get myself to leave this beautiful state. It’s just like being in a relationship with a beautiful person you want to stay because they’re so attractive, but they treat you like crap. Housing prices are going up, taxes, open space which means home prices sore yet… I stay in the dysfunctional state of Colorado because it’s so pretty 😔 Why?
Plenty of other places which are “pretty” so like an abusive relationship- begin treating yourself to an abundance mindset. If you can perceive and recognize the bullshit, you deserve it. Ever since I moved out, I realized just how truly overrated it is. Let the assholes have their way with the state and GET OUT.
Hey y'all. Aaron from Tennessee again. What about a future video about investment properties? I currently own two old homes near Middle Tennessee State University that I rent out to college students. I am looking to invest in rental property upon moving to Colorado. Maybe a video on that subject in the future? Keep up the amazing work guys!
Hey Jhoana, Thanks for the comment and watching the channel. Windy conditions change depending on the season or terrain so when it's less windy in the mountains in may be more windy in the plains and visa versa.
What medium to large size city isn’t going through a GROWTH? Exactly. That being said, Denver is the best option and stop listening to people saying that you’ll be landlocked. Get over it and just visit the coast for vacation. Done
You guys are funny …. I think Colorado is for optimistic , community centered folk … I can tell an outsider by how unwilling they are to have a small talk ….
Thank you for watching our video. Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss the next video in the series.
I moved to Colorado and hated living in the state but it’s still one of my favorite states to visit for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.

I love the idea. We work with investors quite a bit, so if there's enough interest around this topic, I'm sure we could put something together.
Where in Colorado is less windy??

Best area for starter homes in Denver?
Some of the best suburbs are Aurora, Centennial, Littleton, and even Castle Rock.
Nowhere. Unless you have 500k starting

Great point. Nothing wrong with being landlocked!
Visit Colorado on vacation instead. It’s insanely expensive here.
I still want to go
Beware of the evil kalan area
