Brian, thank you for making these review videos of some of the 'more affordable' options. Sometimes it's hard to justify the higher cost of the name brand products, and it's nice to know that sometimes there are other good options that don't hurt the bank account so much.
I just got mines the other day and I'm following your footsteps I'm running it now it's only been 20 minutes but sounds good thank you for the info. I was going to run it the way it came good thing I watched the video 😮
I have a Champion Dual Fuel generator. It’s heavy and almost impossible for me to transport by myself. It’s also not an inverter generator. I like that little Bilt Hard. Thanks for showing the proper break in technique and the 303 tip
After watching the video, I ord'd one of those hour meters (via your link) to install on my WEN 2350w inverter generator. I always take the WEN camping, as 99% of the time the sites I use have no electricity available. Comes in handy to put a charge on my EcoFlow units (especially when the grandson recharges his ebike battery from the EF unit). Have also used it to top off the trailer's onboard 100ah LFP battery. Do you run non-ethynol fuel in yours?
Hour meters are great. I run straight 87 octane with fuel stabilizer and make sure my carb is always drained before shutting down. It’s too hard around here to find the ethanol free stuff. We have a few pump stations that have it and a few marinas, but none close to me. And no way I’d spend money on the canned stuff from Lowe’s
@@GearGadgetReviews Ditto on not buying the canned stuff. We only have one station in town that has ethynol-free gas, and it's (currently) $3.99 a gallon. I only use it for my generators (WEN & EF Duel Fuel). No way I'd fill-up my F150 36 gallon tank at that price. Oh, the hr meter arrived today. There is also currently a 5% discount "coupon" to use at A mazon for the meter.
Good review. I like these lower cost generators. I believe they’ll hold up well with routine maintenance.
👍🏻👍🏻

👍🏻👍🏻
I have one of these and I must say it is louder on camera than it is in person
👍🏻👍🏻
Great to see low cost options. And 303 is the best - I also use it on all of my auto interiors.
👍🏻👍🏻
That was my question. To save the dash. Thnx
303 is shit!!!! Turns stuff white

I have a nice dual fuel Champion inverter that I really like. Never put gas in not. It’s my “propane only” generator. About the same size as this one.
Very impressive little unit especially for the price i had a honda like yours that was stolen at a campground in 2009 boy i'm still pissed about that
I would be too. Those Hondas grow legs VERY quickly
303 is awesome. I use it on my tires...much better than the petroleum based tire shine.
👍🏻👍🏻
I also have a honda. Great generator for $315. Thanks Don
👍🏻👍🏻
Generators rock. I have both solar and gas.
Dino fuel!
Nice unit.
👍🏻
Heck ya, waayy cheaper, good review brian thk u sir
