For the wild west game, I think the assumption should have been that Davin had the whip. Everyone was just stuck on the place, so there would be no reason to throw the whip in there unless he knew it wouldn't be called. Still would have had to 50/50 it, but I don't think you needed to check the saloon again.
In the board game, there's two different ways of playing. 1) On your turn you can either roll, or make an accusation. If you accuse, and fail, you're out. 2) On your turn you roll, and must make it to your assumed murder room before being able to accuse. Otherwise you can propose a character and weapon as normal.

Love your content usually but the last few group streams have had very jarring alerts over everything and I just can't finish the videos it's too much chaos 😩
I really wish everybody would stop panic guessing. The game loses some of its fun when half the players are eliminated because they decided to try and galaxy brain things after three turns when nobody realistically can be even close to figuring things out.

I think the alerts are ok, but the volume should be turned down for the Turtwig alert. It nearly gives me a heart attack every time it plays.
