@@bobgee3950 Hi Peleka, so remember to fill your baking pan with water right to the top covering the tapioca - you shouldn't have to add more water - only because the tapioca will cook with the water used. Also be sure to cover with foil. Hopefully you're using tapioca pearls lol Other than that i'm not too sure why your one wouldn't cook through. Its just like saiko lol should cook with water in the oven. Once cooked it should come out see through and jelly like :) The next best thing i suggest is to boil your tapioca balls and then bake them.
Hi Veni trying this now... Like always never pay attention lol I soaked pearls in a measurement cup and left overnight then this morning I added to the oven try and forgot to add water 🤦🤦🤦 baking for 2 hours now still doesn't look like yours lol... Will try again
try soaking 1 1/2 packets first with lots of water - the aim is to make sure the pearls have soaked right through and there is enough water in the pan when baking it.
My caramel always comes out dark and runny😂😂😩😩 is there a reason why ? Or can I just add more coconut cream later when the pearls and the caramel is already mixed to make it a bit thick and lighter ?
I've never tried brown sugar but yes you can give it a go - I use the raw sugar because it gives the dish that burnt sugar flavour because originally these dishes were cooked in an umu. Hope that helps Anah 💯🌺🌴

Hi Veni, what else can you eat Pisua with or you just eat it on it's own?
Thank you
no worries Petesa
Hi do you add more water after you soak overnight then put dwn the oven?
I soak for 9 hours then I put under the oven about 2hrs and still doesn’t look like your one hahah not cook lol

Always heard of it. Never tried it. Always thought they meant Kopai lol

Do I soak the tapioca pearls first before putting it in the stove or do just put it the stove after I pour the water in it???
I wish you (Veni) would reply to questions when asked. Love all your videos, but we also have questions. Please Respond.
@@msp.5159 I think youre supposed to soak the pearls FIRST overnight, and then bake in the oven.
@@FeeLee10
Thank you. I'll do that next time I get the cravings for this dish. Appreciate it a lot...👌👍🥰✌
Thank you love from india
thankyou bijo!
I don’t like pisua tbh buh dang you make it look so yummy and im wanting to try it out. Thanks for sharing VeniVlogs....
Hi Crystal, I know same didn't like it at first but I've always wanted to try and make it lol! Didn't realise how easy it is to make 🌺🌴💯
Hi, I loved this recipe. Curious to know if you eat alone or you can eat it with something? Following you from Honduras, Central America
Hi Montserrat! you can eat this alone - it is quite filling too! shoutout to everyone in Honduras!
Omg I thought making pisua is hard 👍
So you soaked it for how many mins?
Hi Saumani, I soaked it overnight, But if you're impatient you can try boiling it and them baking it in the oven, see how that goes 💯
@@venizales thanx much Veni . I did boiled it before without soaking and it stick to the pot. So i think the problem is that i didn't soak it.
Can you make kaufolo?
My caramel always comes out dark and runny😂😂😩😩 is there a reason why ? Or can I just add more coconut cream later when the pearls and the caramel is already mixed to make it a bit thick and lighter ?
Keep the eye on the oven?? Or u meant to say keep ur on on the pot?
Hi Myra, yes I agree to both ❤💯
can i use foil pan?
you can try but it will stick so be careful! probably best to allow it to cool right down and solidify - then remove the jelly
Can we use brown sugar?
I've never tried brown sugar but yes you can give it a go - I use the raw sugar because it gives the dish that burnt sugar flavour because originally these dishes were cooked in an umu. Hope that helps Anah 💯🌺🌴
☝🏼❤️❤️
Great video 👍 thank you
Thankyou Toalua! 💯🌴
