excellent review. the upper chassis is called Glacis

Ironically, the glacis is only the front planer surface. The upper chassis is called...get ready...many things including Turret housing, superstructure, gun housing, upper protection assembly, multifunction upper structure, secondary housing, secondary upper hull, observation structure or turret... many country's and many company's have different names. I worked on the Bradley program and it's latest upgrade. I called it the glacis, I was corrected on my first day. On the engineering floor they call it the doghouse.
