    Excellent, accessible even for beginners, video, all operations are shown from the desired angle, without unnecessary words and movements. I'm waiting for the next part - painting the model.

    Great built, thank you very much. I was just about to start building the same exact model, so I discovered your channel at the right time, I guess :-) :-)
    Can I ask, where did you buy the VMS products from? If one does not live in Europe, the choices of resellers are limited, and currently the VMS website is not selling directly. I was planning to use Mr Surfacer paint as "glue" and Baking Soda to replicate the anti-slip surfaces of the Merkava, and I also got some anti-slip paste from Mig-Ammo Productions, but I haven't tried it yet. Any advice? Thanks!

    • @Scalecat171
      @Scalecat171  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I also not from EU, and can't wait to VMS shop to open again. I know on there website you can see list of distributers, maybe you have one in your country. As alternative I think the best will be same Antislip solution from AK, it look very similar to VMS, and I think it will give solid result. I don't used pate from Ammo, but if you already have one try it on some spare part, paint it and if you will like the result why not to use it?:)

      @@Scalecat171 Thanks, I guess you are right about the paste. Some people even use very fine sand, and white glue, so I guess all solutions are ok, as long as the material is in scale and looks realistic. I do like how "unpredictable" and "uneven" sand/baking soda/VMS dust is, so in my opinion these all look more realistic and weathered (not "perfect" like the paste). But I may try all of that and experiment in different vehicles. I have some thousands of square kilometers of desert sand around me, so if I run out of Mig/AK paste, it won't be a problem :-) :-)

    • @Scalecat171
      @Scalecat171  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wonderful, you have a lot of natural Antislip :) you can play with new/old tank, like if paste gives perfect liking result it will be good for new vehicle

    • @Scalecat171
      @Scalecat171  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't remember that I used PVA in this build, but usually you can easily clean PVA with water :)
