Lovely to see you both talking, I appreciate you both and your efforts, I want to add something first of all to the main difference between Ash’ari and Maturidi, (I say first of all because I haven’t reached the end of the video yet) Allah says he does not punish a person until a warner has been sent. Although it is possible to acknowledge the creator without revelation, according to the Qur’an - a person is still not punishable until a revelation has been sent to outline the laws of religion. There is a book by Imam Kemal Pasha about the differences of both schools and a majority I agree with the Maturidis but on this matter I think the Maturidis have said what they do not know and have spoken against the Qur’an IF Shams has relayed it and I have understood it accurately. Please share your thoughts on this observation & may Allah correct any errors we may hold. Amin. Jazakallah khairan.

We are overwhelmed with feelings ànd sympathy to what has been happening to Muslims around the world. I understand the obligations and priorities of one Muslims like you have mentioned in this podcast. However, you haven't clarified. I like you to elaborate using some tool. I understand Eisenhower Matrix - a simple matrix Which quadrant would you like to put "Phalestine" and "ummah" in Eisenhower Matrix in our lives? Kindly help.
Not all agree on the length of the beard , don’t trivialise matters where there is difference of opinion especially amongst other jurisprudential schools
