Hope you report this person just yesterday. I was on my bike car come from nowhere on the opposite side of the road as I glanced as it nearly hit me. She was head down text in the way I turn round try to catch to get the number, she realised I was after her and disappeared very fast. I would have no hesitation in reporting anyone I see on their phone texting whatever. Van drivers and lorry drivers just as bad if not worse and some idiotic cyclists are down, not looking where they’re going. Just complete clowns.
