I used to live on camp road, near the bridging camp, and I bought a rubber dinghy from a Weymouth sea front gift shop and used it to row over to chesil, it was bliss! No one around, felt like I had the whole beach to myself
Just came back from there ( abbotsbury). It was wall to wall with anglers and immigrant encampments - fishing trip totally ruined and the amount of discarded rubbish was awful. Mackerel feather strings just left all over the place , be prepared folks
It was a bloody hard walk your right. Managed a very large underside ray and a cracking smooth hound plus some straps but still no codling unfortunately.
Totally agree with you on this .they will mess it al up for al in long run as its al historic coast line they will put in protecting al this area before anglers and visitors. And al true anglers who just love fishing here we will get the blame when most of us take are rubbish home ..such shame but one day possible fishing here could get tightened on measures. ..
