Deep Powder Skiing

- Huge powder day here in Idaho. The perfect storm came, cold weather, snow filled days, made for some of the lightest and driest snow that I have skied at this low of elevation here in West Central Idaho. All of the skiing was accessed by hiking uphill with my skis and skins, no lifts were taken. It is a rare thing to have conditions just right for snow to be this good here so I had to take advantage. This might have been the best snow that I have ever skied on, it was amazing. All of this was shot by me except for two of them. I got most of them by either holding on to the gopro, or I would mount the camera on my probe, hike up, and yell, "gopro start recording!" It worked out. I have always dreamed of skiing powder like this, so it was sort of a dream come true to capture these moments on camera.

Any driving tips for winter driving in gnarly conditions. I’m from Texas going to school in Moscow ID. And wanting to do some backcountry winter activities.
The only driving advice I can give is to wait until it is clear. Otherwise it is just a huge hassle.
Get good tyres, go slow!
That powder is amazing. Are you using a drone for some of these shots?
No, I wish I had a drone. I set my GoPro mounted on my probe, stuck it in the snow, hiked up, yelled from the top "GoPro start recording" and then once I heard the beep I skied down.

It is a stem (a piece of the song, not the entire song) from a track that I downloaded from Soundstripe.com. I really have no idea what it is called.

West Mountain. I refuse to give credit to Tamarack for that area.
