She needed a deal so bad.
She didnt. Most people think investors make them successful when 99% of the time, they are the ones who ruin a business because they dont know your business. Most people want to move from 0 - 1000 over night when its better to move from 0 - 10, 40, 60, 150, 400, etc... She already had the endorsement of the nfl guy and what she should have done was, give him a small piece of the equity to walk around with that and only that and talk about it whenever he has a mic in his face.
Most energy drinks are not good for you and most of them do the same thing . Its the story that sells them and she was already in 3000 stores ... daymond deal will have her lose a lot of equity and money since the production will nnot be going through another company he has a deal with which sounds great until she realize that he not only took 1/3 of her company but also getting a payback on the back end when that company start producing the product which means that they are becoming her manufacturer and she will be paying them to make the product

she just doesnt know it yet and believes the celebrity status of daymond or any of the others will help in making her successful when she was already on the road to do that. What she should have done is go pitch an investor in a beverage company
