Eyeball stated that Rose used her sword to shatter PD but Bismuth told Steven that Roses swords blade was designed to destroy the physical projection but not scratch the gem core. So I agree, PD and Rose faked PDs shattering to inspire courage in the Crystal Gems rebellion and to put fear into Homeworld gems and diamonds.
Maybe, but if gems could be shattered with just the hilt or blade of a weapon why would bismuth need to create the breaking point. If it takes the breaking point to shatter a normal gem I think it would be impossible to use any part of roses sword to shatter pink diamond.

Actually Pearl shattered Pink Diamond, don't believe me, well here's some evidence. We know that rubies aren't the smartest and we see them easily get fooled by shape-shifting, and Eyeball says that she saw Pink get shattered with her own eyes, um, eye, so if Pearl shape-shifted into Rose then Eyeball could have easily gotten fooled thinking Pearl was Rose, and Pearl doesn't shape-shift at all in the whole series because it reminds her of what she did to Pink Diamond. Also Pearl belonged to White Diamond not just because she has white skin and the same gemstone placement as White, but also in "The Answer" Pearl has white hair and has pink hair for the rest of the series, and we see that a Gem's clothing color changes based on what Diamond they serve, in Steven Bomb 5 we see Amethysts, Jaspers and other Quartz Gems that all have blue uniforms because they all serve Blue Diamond, and if Pearl served White Diamond then that explains why she has white hair, and when she reforms later on she gets pink hair because she's part of the crystal gems and the leader of the crystal gems is Rose who is pink.

My question is what is the orgin of all gems? Gems are made through a machine that plants them in the earth where they incubate and absorb all organic matter to a certain radius how can diamonds be made if there is no other gem to make them In the first place?? Did the diamonds evolved in a more natural state? Or where they created by an entirely different species, then them rebelling getting there own system?
In my head-cannon I say they were made by the Great Beings from BIONICLE. The Matoran (the Great Beings most prized creation) and sister species share a lot of similarities with gems, and while it was never outright stated it was hinted the Great Beings created more life then just the Matoran Universe. BIONICLE and SU also have a lot of similarities story structure and value wise, and while that may have little to do with in-universe events it wouldn't be to surprising if Rebecca Sugar took some influence.
Important information you missed out. The Sword is the thing that supposedly shattered PD. However, the Sword was designed to poof a gem without damaging the gem. Now it could mean she poofed then shattered, that might be easy, but it's something to think about, it feels like it goes against the character to have done that.
Pink Diamond was a child. From her mural you can see that she is playfully holding her one colony and is plainly dressed like she's trying to find her identity. She would obey her elders but still try and preserve what was best about Earth. I think this will be the big reveal that Rose Quartz killed a child and it is hard if not impossible to justify that.
I like how Bismuth also makes mention how special Rose's sword was in being able to poof gems. If you see your soldiers vanish with a single slice, in your panic would you not assume they were destroyed?

It makes a whole lot of sense that Pink Diamond was possibly an overcooked diamond and was the shortest of the three to get Earth and its moon. If she knew what her "sisters" were planning, Pink didn't want to be a part of it since she cared for the humans and all life on that planet and wouldn't want all of them to die, since she couldn't gather every single one, she made another plan to secretly rebel against the diamonds with Rose Quartz, so she was the first gem to care that all life on Earth mattered. Also I remember in the very first episode of SU called Gem Glow, Steven sang a song about Cookie Cat, saying he was a refugee during an interstellar war, leaving his home planet and family behind crying tears, BOTH of the eyes and tears were PINK and WHITE. Did that song foreshadow Pink Diamond leaving Homeworld and the three diamonds during the Crystal Gem Rebellion she secretly created behind their backs and was afraid of being found out? Also the song Love Like You was actually sung by Pink Diamond (Rebecca Sugar) that was for Rose and she wanted to learn how to love like her Rose Quartz. And that Pink always thought she might be bad and she guessed that its true, and she must've entrusted Rose to carry out what she began. The shattering of her was possibly planned out, everyone thinks she's gone, maybe she might've been poofed by Roses sword that destroys the body but never the gem. She could be in Lion's mane where that locked chest is.

The reason I think this is true is because of how Pearl reacts when Ruby mentions she saw "Rose Shatter Pink Diamond" and because Pearl also doesn't like to shape-shift. I think that rose never really shattered pink diamond and just destroyed her physical form, but put her gem in the lion world treasure chest. Not 100% sure why she would do that, but obviously something important is in that chest.
There is one part that pretty much confirms it to be an act: the episode after Back to the Moon: "Bubbled". "Who cares about her shield? Her huge sword is what I remember." ~ Eyeball If she does indeed remember Pink Diamond being shattered, yet the only weapon she remembers of Rose is a huge sword (the one made to not shatter gems) suggest that was what shattered her. Though I think Eyeball's story contradicts the Beta Kindergarten. It was made at the halfway point of the War and Jasper has strong feelings about Pink Diamond being gone. Yet all the other Gems made on Earth were more kind. As if they knew....
I really hope that the writers take everyone by surprise, and not just prove these obvious hints of her being nice, and make her even more evil and commanding than yellow diamond.
I think the way PD and rose quartz saw the humans has some pretty important differences, while Rose saw humans as equals and was even able of loving one, pink diamond saw them as interesting creatures just like we see animals

At one point, the Diamonds ask the incognito Sapphire if the Cluster has emerged (and destroyed Earth). Upon hearing that the cluster has not yet detonated, Yellow Diamond says "There is still time" and starts to formulate a plan with Blue Diamond... however the door slams before Steven (And we) get to hear about it. Blue Diamond has already admitted that keeping the humans in the zoo, and gathering new ones (Greg) makes her feel better... MY THEORY is that The Diamonds are planning to KIDNAP ALL HUMANS ON EARTH!!!! They are going to launch a massive invasion that will swarm over the planet, capturing everyone and placing them in a Mega-Ultra-Giga Zoo!!!

The reason the breaking point was kept around was because, if you recall, bismuth was the only gem who could get to it and knew where it was (except rose) it is also out of the way, as you can tell in the episode, none of the gems had a use to ever go back there, or really wanted to without bismuth. It's practically useless without her.

Actually Pearl shattered Pink Diamond, don't believe me, well here's some evidence. We know that rubies aren't the smartest and we see them easily get fooled by shape-shifting, and Eyeball says that she saw Pink get shattered with her own eyes, um, eye, so if Pearl shape-shifted into Rose then Eyeball could have easily gotten fooled thinking Pearl was Rose, and Pearl doesn't shape-shift at all in the whole series because it reminds her of what she did to Pink Diamond. Also Pearl belonged to White Diamond not just because she has white skin and the same gemstone placement as White, but also in "The Answer" Pearl has white hair and has pink hair for the rest of the series, and we see that a Gem's clothing color changes based on what Diamond they serve, in Steven Bomb 5 we see Amethysts, Jaspers and other Quartz Gems that all have blue uniforms because they all serve Blue Diamond, and if Pearl served White Diamond then that explains why she has white hair, and when she reforms later on she gets pink hair because she's part of the crystal gems and the leader of the crystal gems is Rose who is pink.

My question is what is the orgin of all gems? Gems are made through a machine that plants them in the earth where they incubate and absorb all organic matter to a certain radius how can diamonds be made if there is no other gem to make them In the first place?? In my head-cannon I say they were made by the Great Beings from BIONICLE. The Matoran (the Great Beings most prized creation) and sister species share a lot of similarities with gems, and while it was never outright stated it was hinted the Great Beings created more life then just the Matoran Universe. BIONICLE and SU also have a lot of similarities story structure and value wise, and while that may have little to do with in-universe events it wouldn't be to surprising if Rebecca Sugar took some influence.

The Sword is the thing that supposedly shattered PD.
However, the Sword was designed to poof a gem without damaging the gem.
Now it could mean she poofed then shattered, that might be easy, but it's something to think about, it feels like it goes against the character to have done that.

Pink Diamond was a child. From her mural you can see that she is playfully holding her one colony and is plainly dressed like she's trying to find her identity. She would obey her elders but still try and preserve what was best about Earth. I think this will be the big reveal that Rose Quartz killed a child and it is hard if not impossible to justify that.

I like how Bismuth also makes mention how special Rose's sword was in being able to poof gems. If you see your soldiers vanish with a single slice, in your panic would you not assume they were destroyed?

It makes a whole lot of sense that Pink Diamond was possibly an overcooked diamond and was the shortest of the three to get Earth and its moon.
If she knew what her "sisters" were planning, Pink didn't want to be a part of it since she cared for the humans and all life on that planet and wouldn't want all of them to die, since she couldn't gather every single one, she made another plan to secretly rebel against the diamonds with Rose Quartz, so she was the first gem to care that all life on Earth mattered.
Also I remember in the very first episode of SU called Gem Glow, Steven sang a song about Cookie Cat, saying he was a refugee during an interstellar war, leaving his home planet and family behind crying tears, BOTH of the eyes and tears were PINK and WHITE.
Did that song foreshadow Pink Diamond leaving Homeworld and the three diamonds during the Crystal Gem Rebellion she secretly created behind their backs and was afraid of being found out?
Also the song Love Like You was actually sung by Pink Diamond (Rebecca Sugar) that was for Rose and she wanted to learn how to love like her Rose Quartz. And that Pink always thought she might be bad and she guessed that its true, and she must've entrusted Rose to carry out what she began.
The shattering of her was possibly planned out, everyone thinks she's gone, maybe she might've been poofed by Roses sword that destroys the body but never the gem.

I feel like this falls apart when you remember that Pink Diamond played basically 'hunger games' with her captive humans. Like she just kept them bc they were objects and toys to her, they were trivial to her.
What if Rose had fused with Bismuth when Pink Diamond was shattered? And then after they unfused Rose poofed and bubbled Bismuth.
What if White Diamond and Yellow Diamond actually shattered Pink Diamond? Since Gems can shapeshifter, maybe one of them shifted into Rose. It could be plausible, but probably not. I mean if Pink Diamond was slowly becoming more sympathetic, then the two main Diamond authorities would want to put a stop to it right. And Blue Diamond, since she is under White and Yellow in terms of rank, would not know what happened. All she would see s Rose shattering her sister.

After this I think that Pink Diamond started the rebellion, she asked Rose Quartz to help her fake her own shattering, and Rose Quartz agreed. The rest just came to be in gem conspiracy.
I think that Pearl shape-shifted into Rose Quarts, and she was the one that shattered Pink Diamond. The reason I think this is true is because of how Pearl reacts when Ruby mentions she saw "Rose Shatter Pink Diamond" and because Pearl also doesn't like to shape-shift. Perhaps she saw the opportunity and decided to look like rose to inspire the troops, or perhaps she wanted to truly be free from Pink Diamond while still making Rose seem like the leader. That's my idea of what happened, but who knows.

I think that rose never really shattered pink diamond and just destroyed her physical form, but put her gem in the lion world treasure chest. Not 100% sure why she would do that, but obviously something important is in that chest.

If she does indeed remember Pink Diamond being shattered, yet the only weapon she remembers of Rose is a huge sword (the one made to not shatter gems) suggest that was what shattered her.
Though I think Eyeball's story contradicts the Beta Kindergarten. It was made at the halfway point of the War and Jasper has strong feelings about Pink Diamond being gone. Yet all the other Gems made on Earth were more kind. As if they knew....

I think the way PD and rose quartz saw the humans has some pretty important differences, while Rose saw humans as equals and was even able of loving one, pink diamond saw them as interesting creatures just like we see animals

Oooh. I like this theory. I haven't even thought about it until now, and it seems like a good possibility. If Pink Diamond's death (real or fake) was planned, I wonder if it was also to drive a wedge between the other diamonds. I don't think the contention we saw between Blue and Yellow Diamond was a new thing, and something like the death of Pink could either bring Yellow and Blue closer or tear them apart. Oh I can't wait to see how things unfold!

Blue and Yellow, in the episode That Will Be All, discuss what they can do to keep Pink Diamond's legacy. At one point, the Diamonds ask the incognito Sapphire if the Cluster has emerged (and destroyed Earth). Upon hearing that the cluster has not yet detonated, Yellow Diamond says "There is still time" and starts to formulate a plan with Blue Diamond... however the door slams before Steven (And we) get to hear about it.
Blue Diamond has already admitted that keeping the humans in the zoo, and gathering new ones (Greg) makes her feel better...
MY THEORY is that The Diamonds are planning to KIDNAP ALL HUMANS ON EARTH!!!! They are going to launch a massive invasion that will swarm over the planet, capturing everyone and placing them in a Mega-Ultra-Giga Zoo!!!
Home world would lose resources doing that. Why would White Diamond allow such a useless action? YD and BD are probably only going to send quartz soliders and engineers like peridot to do the work.

The reason the breaking point was kept around was because, if you recall, bismuth was the only gem who could get to it and knew where it was (except rose) it is also out of the way, as you can tell in the episode, none of the gems had a use to ever go back there, or really wanted to without bismuth. It's practically useless without her.
