Oh sweetheart, I’m sorry you have to deal with that. I have psoriasis and it comes out on my scalp but never to that extent. I’m sure having this done feels amazing, what a relief. Thank you for sharing! 😊
It could be because he doesn't really pick at it. I suffer from dandruff so I itch at it a lot which causes irritation. He probably pats at his head or something. Idrk why it doesn't look irritated 😂
This is actually a mild case of psoriasis (the skin grows back 5 times faster basically), he might be getting treated for it to keep the itching under control
This is not psoriasis. Pisoriasis have one common rule to diagnosis, a red skin behind the flakes. The skin would be so sensitive that would have a little bit of blood after all too.
If you watch closely, you can actually see that the dandruff is growing with the hair. The dandruff has little holes in it from the hair follicles. I don’t think its wax.
@@breannastephens7224 dermatitis is a condition that causes patches of scaly skin on the scalp it’s a type of eczema. They are similar in a lot of ways but the main difference is that psoriasis is an autoimmune disease while dermatitis (eczema) has to do with your gene variation. In terms of appearance, seborrheic dermatitis looks more greasy and yellow while psoriasis is more powdery and white white a deeper red on the skin.
Nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo is amazing. It’s not that expensive and has completely eliminated flakes! See the reviews on Amazon. You can get it in most supermarkets too. The shampoo is a type of anti-fungal treatment and it’s not harsh.
I love your channel! I see their head is irritated, and maybe when you finish scratching, soak their head with warm water, it’ll help if the irritation or if it’s itchy after you scratch it. You guys are amazing
So this is the first I have seen this, and my husband was wondering, all of that dandruff looks like it itches, wouldn't the person scratch their head all of the time making the flakes break off? Why does it look like there was never a break in the flakes on from itching?
Anyone who has had a baby with bad cradle cap can relate to this. It builds up fast and I'd usually comb them once a day in the morning. One of my kids also had eczema, so his scalp was red and oozy. I'd have to comb his hair very carefully like this several times a day.
I don’t know if you already do but a great tip is to soak the scalp in the areas where you scraping, it’ll be easier to everything of and doesn’t feel as much on the scalp :)
I think they are creating this on their own. There is so much on the neck it would have fallen off on its own already. Why would they walk around like that when it could be gone in just a few wipes or scratches. Not that it’s wrong or anything but I just think that they are building it up for views.
No it's not and you can tell by how many tiny flakes this man produces rather than the bigger ones, because they are proportional to the severeness of the seborrheic dematritis. Hence I think it's possible to get a severe skin condition like this (because I had one but less severe)
Dandruff is skin. This looks much too thick, more like when my daughter doesn't rinse her shampoo&conditioner out well enough so it does into waxy chunks. When done by mistake is not this severe, but if intentionally caked on and allowed to dry i think this would be the likely result...
@@MooseShower nope - as I said, I suffer with this condition, so do know what I’m looking at. Firstly, the texture is completely wrong. The scalp on a psoriasis sufferer is reddened, and even slightly bleeding when the scales are removed in this way. As you can see, he has a beautifully clear scalp, and thick, glossy hair. The scalp condition is the biggest giveaway. Check out You Tube, and you will find loads of these types of faked videos, getting more and more outlandish - some even incorporating maggots ! Sorry, but you are being suckered in here !
He is lucky it's not psoriasis. I have psoriasis and if I'd have flakes like that the skin underneath would be red and sting really bad..... I have been using this natural ancient Greek oils on it for 3 years now and haven't had a flare up since. It's a good product!

This seems like a gel or something that was dried.. it's too perfect and scalp doesn't look irritated
It could be because he doesn't really pick at it. I suffer from dandruff so I itch at it a lot which causes irritation. He probably pats at his head or something. Idrk why it doesn't look irritated 😂
It does look like a wax or some sort of mix to me. It could be real dandruff something about it looks a little off to me.
Ya like it looks like a layer when she picks at it
I've never seen big flakes crumble like this. Looks waxy almost.
My ex had this, it's real! The dandruff smells chalky.
I'm glad I'm not the only person who feels weird watching these. With all that dandruff that has to smell.
Not necessarily, but this Asian has a healthy head of hair.
Would the persons scalp not be super itchy with all this dandruff? If so I’d have expected to see inflammation patches, but nothing!
This is actually a mild case of psoriasis (the skin grows back 5 times faster basically), he might be getting treated for it to keep the itching under control
my thoughts exactly, there should be inflammation
This is not psoriasis. Pisoriasis have one common rule to diagnosis, a red skin behind the flakes. The skin would be so sensitive that would have a little bit of blood after all too.
It may be a case of dermatitis which could explain why there's no redness, either that or due just needs a shower but I'm no doctor

Yes, a lot of these dandruff videos are faked. They’re still quite satisfying to watch though.
I agree...
Why would someone put max on there scalp that would burn and how would it not be covering the hair
If you watch closely, you can actually see that the dandruff is growing with the hair. The dandruff has little holes in it from the hair follicles. I don’t think its wax.
I think they put flour n water.. cause it cant be that easy to remove
Do you shampoo their hair and cleanse the scalp after getting the flakes up?
Yes dear
Is this just really bad dandruff or some other kind of condition because it’s pretty severe
i think it’s just bad dandruff from seborrheic dermatitis, I don’t think it’s psoriasis because the skin is not red and inflamed

with the right comb you could pick up the largest flake in the world!! Please try a long tooth flat metal comb (tic comb)!
Thank for advice
Those are better, I like the metal combs on dandruff
