If you want to get rid of majority of your dandruff buy one of these very cheap sulphur soaps , apply to your head directly and massage your scalp then let it sit on your head while you wash your entrie body and then a little bit more , wash it and do it every day. Also make sure it's not liquid sulphur soap just the regular bar. You will have like 99% of your dandruff / flakes gones. I actually have serb-derm myself and whole face is peeling off but recently I found this remedy and it's working awesome. I had to always shave to 1mm hair to help scratch the dandruff more easily but not I can grow longer hair :)

Have you took your to a skin specialist some times there medication don't. Clear it up my son had scalp problems when they were younger I kept taking them to the doctor nothing the doctor would clear it up and started using blue star ointment and it cleared up but I do hope it will soon clear up by the way my name is Jenny from Tennessee / Kentucky
He has a primary care doctor and a dermatologist. Most of the things that they prescribe only work for a certain amount of time. I'm going to try some blue star. I haven't tried that. Nice to meet you Jenny.

I'd like to do that but not if they had lice yuk. I'd scratch dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis etc but then health and safety shit would kick in saying I'd need to be trained in cosmatogoly or something. 😮

I would wash my scalp every day with a dandruff shampoo. It appears as though it has not been washed regularly, so you can rid of the yeast on his scalp. I hope he finds a cure because it can be a nuisance at times.
If anyone think this is simply a dandruff,he doesn't know what the bloody hell this is, this might be a Seborrheic dermatitis which crack up the superficial layer of our skin epidermis than it goes to dermis and involved the whole scalp,you need to consult your dermatologist soon as you can, this could be the Psoriasis, this is a condition in which skin cells overgrown and live you in the horrendous shape,it might be aggravated if you go out in scorching heat, either you are in depression,lack of vitamin C, might elevate this you better go to consult with your dermatologist he will give you nizarol in cream and tablet form,you must think about your health after all you have to take care of yourself just because of your family. Always make sure u take care of ur hair and wash it at least 2-3 per week to keep it nice and fresh and healthy
Its dry scalp season within 24 hours of a wash.
