Oh no, the second video I have seen of them with Ronald having "Roland" on the keyboard instead of "Ronald". The first such instance I noticed was with them doing This Town ain't Big Enough for Both Russel and Mike Patton
@@annabackman3028 no that was when they had a cameo as troubadours. This is playing in the background when he answers the door when Rory comes over hungover to end their casual relationship, but they actually get together.
@@archandironic686 Ok. 😁 I have watched Gilmore Girls, but not every episode, and that was LOOOONG ago. Also still in my unforgivable period of life when I had lost track of Sparks. Ironically, 1977 it was 'Indiscreet' I wished for present, but I got 'Big Beat', which I hated so much that I didn't check up on them again until 2017. 'Big Beat', today I love it!! And 'Indiscreet', too. (I never stopped playing the two other album I knew about, 'Kimono My House'and 'Propaganda', through all the years!)
Were it not for No1 Song In Heaven this would be my favourite Sparks track so I guess what I'm saying is that this is my second favourite Sparks track!
In what way was the audience weird? The atmosphere was phenomenal and one radio producer who was there was so struck by the vibe so she some years later requested Sparks to do what would become "The seduction of Ingmar Bergman"
Haha! Everybody think Swedes are more or less dead, but in fact that is a sort of politeness. Don't disturb the performer and the rest of the audience! Cheer and aplause after. After all this is a (old) small and tight theatre, not much place to move around. AND most of all, after all these years Sparks know their audience, wherever they come 😉😁 Who don't believe Swedes can come alive, watch any video from Cirkus, Stockholm 16 June 2018. Not tearing the place apart, but alive 😂
They have played in Sweden for years and years. And of some reason they chose Stockholm, Sweden, for the recording of the DVD. Cannot been because they felt unappreciated or neglected by the Swedish audience. And they keep coming back. Larger venues nowadays. Stop criticize the Swedish audience, Sparks know, and they have been around for so long that they can read their audience. Additional: At the Annexet Arena in Stockholm, with a large part of the audience at a standing section, which is the first time, at least this century, it was different. Also 2018 at Cirkus, Stockholm, after a quiet start the awakening spread, and the seated audience far up were risking their (our) lives jumping and dancing (it's really steep, and the backside of the seat in front of you is about 60 cm (2'). The space you have to move around on is about 60 x 60 cm when the seat is flipped up. Not much to hold on to. I don't know how many encores all venues had that tour, but the playlists I have seen, there were two. At Cirkus we had three, and they could have stopped with two, and we hadn't noticed. Just've been sad it was over.
Utterly fantastic. Probably the most intelligent band to have come out Los Angeles.
You obviously don’t listen to much....
@@Oh_I_Willhe is 100% spot on.
@@Oh_I_WillI doubt that there's even one more intelligent band from LA
The consistency in Russell's voice is incredible. Total control of his voice and can hit each key perfectly each and every time, live or studio album.
One of the funniest lyrics Ron has written in a long career of writing amusing lyrics.
How do they do it?
decade after decade of total uniqueness.
Whenever I feel flat the brothers slim make life more colourful 😊
Every time I hear this song I love it a little bit more. Love these guys.
Sparks in a Hip Hop backround. Right on the nose, funny as hell. As always. Love them.
Actually, it's a bit of self criticism/irony from Ron's side, he has listened to rap since the beginning! Yep, it's true!
Sparks forever! Hello from 2020! Keep your masks on.
Tears come to my eyes

Ron's gimmick since God knows when! 30 or so years.

Ahhhh, so sweet they are huh....blehhhhh
When i first heard it I didn't like it because it didn't sound like the rest of the album. but now is awesome.
