This is a fantastic video! I'm with twice the APM but half the ELO, which perfectly illustrates that good strategy and calculated movements are most important in AoE2. MrSlow videos are just the best, keep it up man! ❤
he had cav archers and did not micro against persian knights and camels, thats not going to win any games. Also he should have gone a few rams and not mangos. But you played so well and it proves the point that booming win games if you are safe.
@@MrPlannerAoE He could have created two rams and got in your base with CA around minute 13 of the video. Instead of focusing on the first Tc he should have killed your palidase with 2 rams and got in your base. I am not saying that its a certainty but could be a play as he had the initiative, slow mango push on persian TCs usually dont work. Once he is in your base your eco would have stalled. He gave you too much time.
I don't understand why but i have met stronger opponents at 1000-1100 elo than this Portuguese player. At the end he doesn't even try to micro with the cavalry archers.
i think ##### means what a boring strat.. in the least offensive way possible :) Nice your uploading your games, and I know some people like to play like this too, and all that.. but games like this really do feel like a waste of time. Even when you beat the Waller, there is no fun in it, none at all.
Walling is part of the game that I think everyone just needs to accept. They've nerfed the walls hard and walling like this isn't the best strategy, if you know how to play against it.

i think he parked them on the hill went home to get vills to make a forward castle, came back all CA dead and too the forward vills so gg 😂
I agree that he should have microed the CA. But the ram thing would be a mistake. What would he do with rams since I had mangonels?
