Very well balanced match. Great game to watch/rare. *Castle...i looked up to see how much stone u had at around 33 min out of pure reflex and maybe u did the exact same thing, that was the moment. So to recap -->>: One game u build 3xcastles n make a monk in 40 min (zero military units). This game, u make 150 military units and zero castles in 42 min. Hmmmm??? If i put both them games together, that's a win. (Yo's avg buildings per game is like 90+) Don't forget the monk! Monk's r VIP's. Your macro was on point this game, those mangonels could have been a game ender. I think we all have our "wtf just happened moments" with mangonels. Well played, the other guy earned that win. Castle= BigAzz Donjon, Build them Donjon's!!! Monk=VIP.

Man that was a frustrating loss but an impressive game by both of you nonetheless. Is there a reason you didn't opt for bombard canons to help kill the opponents trebs? I also wonder if maybe scorpions would have been better in castle instead of knights once you saw he went cav archer/skirms. BUT hindsight is 20/20, there's a reason I'm 1200 and you're 2k2 :D

you should have made camels and skirms when you saw oppo was full cav archers and hussars even halbs/pikes would have been a good idea. I also get tunnel visioned deep in the game and just throw hussars in the meat grinder. Ethiopian torsion engine scorps are also awesome.

WP ! The matchup was a bit unbalanced tho, yeah he could have make skirms but we don’t win with only skirms…. So he can add sergeant ? Not working … KTS ? yeah but you snipe them with your cav arch. Hard matchup for Sicilians !

Wow...bout all i got. Whoever u played against is clueless on the Sicilian civ. He made zero donjon's and not one single sergeant. Sicilians in 12 minutes = 2x donjons and 4x sergeants. (maybe 11min with you playing them?) Sergeants are no joke. Mr. P, would u mind taking Sicilians and showing us all what they can do please? (Phosphoru strat) What other civ can i make a military unit--->>that builds it's own towers that are ALSO a barracks? Well done on the climb to 2.2k!!! CHEERS!!! =D HUGE!!! I like going full eagles with the aztecs, they have a big power spike in early castle age and are great against everything :) Except long swordsman, but no one ever goes longswordsman lol

Wait do you not have control groups or just not visibile to observers? Overall pretty good, uneventful game with few decision making points. I think during quiet times like most of this game it would be good for you to rebalance your eco and figure out next steps. You got 2 man saw at min 20 with only 12 on wood which delayed getting more siege, workshop went idle, I would have prefered a mangonel or two seemed to deny the farms and woodlines since he didn't even have a barrack, the rams only forced some repairs and stone walls. On the way to imp could have gotten a university or considered it for chemistry bombards. You also could have gotten 2 petards from the castles and busted down his walls in castle age, that was an option. Eco ended up too wood heavy at the end with the forward vills prob should have taken a few less or started mining his gold in the event game goes on further he has several ranges pumping HC and prob need food for something to counter.

After the first castle you could have done a siege push with monk and continued producing 1 TC vill production

*Castles...amazing start. I was expecting that noise where army starts coming out of a building soon as your first castle went up, thought u were gonna start making military. GG, u win. Then....nothing. No noise, no military, vills runnin around building things and then! A MONK! Your first offensive military unit after like 20 min is a monk? Go get em tiger!! =D 1 *castle, then 2 *castles, then 3 *castles. Still...no noise, no lil guys comin out to kick some vill ass. You pressured his base but not his eco. 90% of my losses come from me using my army to defend against a ghost army. Ghost army only exists in my mind, me thinking he has 10xknights and 10xskirms but he has 1xknight and 2xskirms. If i had used my army on offense, i more than likely would have won those games. Other 10% is i just get outplayed period, whoever that is, is just a better player, hands down. Love those matches, i learn allot. Win or lose you still played one solid game. Hey Planner, Going to write my observations as usual using in game time stamps: ~7 mins, notice Celt's score is super high so he is exploring towards you. Not sure how concerned you are about getting drushed since you have forward berries. ~9 mins, I would have put the barracks a few tiles forward, it's at the bottom of that small hill. ~10 mins also the stable a tile or two forward so you don't have to have the house to finish the wall. ~10 mins Sitaux explained to me in a video about walling that pros always wall from the edge towards the middle since opponents coming to raid you will click into the center of your map most of the time so only rarely run into wallers if they wall from edge to center, like how your guy you lose at min 12 is walling from center near tc to the edge. ~15 mins ya you keep walling from center towards edge, need to make a habit of doing the opposite. ~18:30 you don't tap the gate at least once so the spearmen run in a minute later and get a full scout and you accidentally delete 1 extra wall tile so they even get out near the top tc. ~22 I notice your map is quite bad, you have two stones very far away and 2 forward golds. Normally pros in this instance play aggressive since losing map control will be bad. Biggest thing I noticed that seemed out of character: ~23:30 you notice you got in somehow with a scout and immediately look away without checking what is inside of his base?! There is a hidden 2nd barracks inside of his base and a bunch of villagers with building hammers moving forward that we see for half a second before you go back to . . . add villagers to queue (hit hotkeys to go back to TCs by accident?) ~24 you are floating 500 gold here and it goes as high as 2000, probably too used to playing archer/cav which use up way more gold, could have gotten market earlier. ~30 really confused why you got anarchy, it's an expensive upgrade and Celts have terrible archers and he never showed any ranges. Woads are crazy strong now in Castle Age, 70hp 11 attack vs Huscarl 60 hp 10 attack. ~35 it's amusing seeing you put farms around all of these outposts Celt built and never took advantage of later. ~36 probably a good time while setting up defensive castles to send 1 villager on each side to make outposts, you don't know if he's taking the extra gold or stones. Also, on the way to Imp, you can start getting fletching, bodkin for defensive arrow fire bonus. ~45 why are your defensive castles on the bottom of hills instead of a few tiles up on the hills 11? ~49 great castle on hill Honestly, it seemed very wierd game to me strategically because I think Celts needs to pressure a lot harder and win in feudal/castle age, ideally with archers taking advantage of that wood bonus since I don't see a way to win with 70 vills on both sides and even relics in late castle but he set up this super slow pike siege push without scouting how many sables you had while you went 3TCs monastery grabbing relics with the forward stones and golds on your map.

I will prolly never get to your elo but i'd b a blast to play against you!! Where has Mr. Slow been? Is that another channel? No??...maybe it would be a good idea to have a channel for Mr. Slow? I'm still amazed at what u can accomplish with that apm. I watch and enjoy all your content. Great match, hard fought n well earned. That sigh of relief at the end lol, i felt that from here.

You ever thought about uploading games you cast? low or high elo. You are really good at explaining stuff and a have really nice voice to listen to.
