I was in southern Spain in a trip with the top 10 in my Spanish class and we were in mosques and towns that looked very North African it was very cool. If languages were a family I think Spanish would be Arabic's half sister or adopted child or something.

We use it for 'series' (makes sense tho but) and ghazal means like a poem in the most direct sense of it but it also means the scream of a deer when its about to be killed so i guessed it right.. I also got muftah, we don't use it in everyday speech but we just know it.. Its pronounced miftah tho not muftah 🤣 that means something funnny I got khamar right away cuz Quran but i didn't know it was beer i guessed wine
