Hey Terry, I just saw your isolation, anxiety, and insomnia video, and have been there myself. I wanted to pass along my success with ketamine for bipolar and anxiety. I got the infusions and use lozenges now, and have had tremendous relief without very many side-effects. Just wanted to mention this in case it could ever help you, I am thinking of you
I"ve been looking into ketamine, its a little bit scary because my docs can't really be open and honest about it (state laws). Right now, I've cut my anxiety, pain, insomnia and others by just taking a little pot.
@Brian G how does it effect cognitive function? i hear its one of the only legal psychdelic type of drugs that can actually treat severe suicidal thoughts and ideation but my fear is that is is an anasthetic and may slow your thinking, i do want to try it, your thoughts?
@@swankmank On infusion days you are slowed down just on that day, if you take the lozenges as well they will mellow you out for a few hours, but it wears off pretty quickly. I have found that ketamine makes me mentally sharper and much faster overall since low doses speed up glutamate. Remember, anesthetic doses shut down gulatamate while the doses given for mental illnesses dramatically increase glutamate production. I hope that helps!

Kpin withdrawal is lethal. Not as bad as xanax but it must properly be titrated. Even then- I was never right again, personally.
