Yummy! It looks so beautiful. We love your recipes! I’ve tried several. They are simple, easy to remember and make a beautiful presentation. Love Mediterranean food!! It’s my favorite especially in the summer.

I slice my citrus with a steak knife or serrated knife. Slicing with very little pressure losing very little juice and with a result of nice and even slices.

This looks good! And happy it can go in the Breville this summer and I won't need to heat up the kitchen. I don't know why dill isn't used more (potato, egg, chicken, and tuna salads for starters), also keeps pretty well oddly enough.

Came out amazing! Made with the basami rice and your roasted broccoli. Was a hit!

Where did you get the deep dish you marinated the salmon in? The white and blue edge dish?

I love it when you say how you surprise yourself! My dad used to say "someone call Betty Crocker" when he made delicious food.😊

I bet Orzo would taste good with this salmon. I always use chicken or vegetables broth to cook my Orzo in and use some of the flavor makers of main dish to give it taste.
BTW, I had to laugh about your comment that the garlic and onion could be your dinner by itself. I join right in. Even though I am german. Both are an essential for me 😂😂. Happy weekend! 🌞 🌸
One more thing..I love your jewelry. Very beautiful unique piece you have.

I'm not sure about salmon... It's healthy but the taste is odd. Maybe because I didn't grow up to it. Last time I ate salmon was maybe 23 years ago. It wasn't the best experience.
