Ingredients for puff pastry(千层酥皮材料) :
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
1/2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
30g butter (牛油)
125ml water (水)
120g pastry butter or butter (发酵奶油片或牛油)
Ingredients for filling (馅料):
300ml milk (鲜奶)
200ml whipping cream (动物鲜奶油)
80g caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 egg yolks (蛋黄)
3 large eggs (蛋)

Looks like in the recipe you list 30g but in the video it's 120g. I figured it was the 120 but wanted to give you a heads up.

@@emememem7730 yes it is 😊👍🏻 but you have to make it in cold temperature room around 25 celcius degree or less if not your dough and butter will melt easily

@@catherinaquek8002 depends on your tart mold, if it's as small as that you can get around 20 but if it's bigger maybe 14

What is pastry butter?
Google it: it is butter that has fat content which is normally around the 82-83% mark. They have a higher melting point than normal butter because it contains some additional harder butter fractions. If you can't get it, I would probably use a good quality unsalted butter from supermarket.

可以用牛油或pastry margarine, 如果用pastry margarine ,只需放在室温下休面

@@shahshububbly7239 definitely I've used pastry margarine before coz my mom can't stand too strong of butter smell,but I myself prefer butter. If you use pastry margarine then no need to let it rest inside the fridge just cover nicely then roll out again.

Your kitchen must be nice and cold...mine is so swelteringly hot that the butter softens quickly and oozes out of the dough which tears easily...in short, everything becomes a complete mess!
