    I just bought a ranger crew that was used with 600 miles, I had the same rattle issue. It is a simple fix, your rear brake pads are rattling and I fixed mine with shim stock. No more noise.

    You really kept that thing in nice shape. Even with its down falls. I love it. Awesome.

    What you were mentioning about going slow with clutching issues. That's actually not an issue that's a feature called engine braking. I just got a 2019 and I think it helps going down steep hills.

    You obviously take the time to keep it clean. Take the time to spray the underbody, steel components, parts, welds, fastener points with AMSOIL Heavy Duty Metal protector, Amsoil #AMHSC-EA. I absolutely swear by this shit as I've used it for "undercoating" and it just plain works to keep the RUST OUT! I did the entire rear underbody/chassis/spare tire wheel, etc. of my 2016 F-150 and MAN...it still looks brand new!

    I have owned 2 rzrs and a ranger in the past. All were tons of fun! But! After owning these machines once I hit the 1600-2000 mile mark they start to fall apart even with regular maintenance. Polaris power terrain is built extremely cheap. The clutching is so so blew some belts but that’s normal. The clunks and bangs start to happen more and more making me nervous my Polaris has left me stranded a few times but always had someone with me to tow me home. What I am trying to get at for the amount of money and warrenty you get with Polaris sxs’s it’s not worth it to keep it to long as these bikes cost you more and more money. Some people get lucky and there machines last to the high mile mark. I recently bought a Kawasaki teryx 800 it’s not the drag racer my rzrs where but the build quality is extremely well and this machine will get me home. And comes with a 3 year warrenty to back it up for no additional pay. Would I ever buy another Polaris maybe if I feel I want to do 75-80mph again which is awesome and shoot 30 foot roosters.

      Lol my general has 3500 miles on it. Shouldn't it have fallen apart by now? I also talked to a guy with 17k miles on his general. So yeah... try again bud

    The rust on your left front control arm is because it’s bent and cracked the finish.

      no better then a cf moto rust on it all ready

    • @PowderCoatingGroup
      @PowderCoatingGroup  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jeff, this was not due to a bend but poor adhesion from the factory due to lack of blasting in certain areas of the part.
