One of my favorite aspects of the post fever era is the upbeat Robin songs. He just kills it! Request you say? There is an unreleased song from 1967 titled "I've Got to Learn" that is quite fun. It's an upbeat bluesy/rockish number.
This is a great pop song from Robin from an equally amazing album. It's on my walking playlist and I have to consciously slow down otherwise I'd be exhausted keeping up with the beat :) The boys remained storytellers throughout their careers and perfected their craft over the years. What a legacy they have left us. Great choice, great reaction, thank you Chad.
Robin's voice was so amazing. His voice can be different from his first solo album Robin's Reign to this song. He can sing any genre and sound beautiful. I love his voice so much. I'm wearing down a cd on the song Alone. His voice is so beautiful as he sings up and down the scale without missing a beat. This song is so beautiful. Some of the album covers of This is Where I Came In shows Mo and Robin as ghostly figures walking away from Barry. How sad that was the end of our Bee Gees and the last concert they did on A&E which was amazing. If you haven't seen I suggest you check it out. Mo broke a string during Robin's rocking solo of She Keeps on Coming Back For More but both went on like nothing happened. Sorely missed when we need better music. I don't know if you got to Mo's solo Please Lock Me Away. It's older Mo but his voice is hauntingly beautiful. Thankfully Tears for Fears is back. Their album Tipping Point is amazing. Their music is different from the 90s but it's so good compare to what's available these days.

I really like that song - Voice in the Wildernes. It doesn't seem to be very popular amongst fans, but I think it's a great rock out song and shows how versitile these guys were.

The "Wait for it moments" and varied tempos in this song are great. Always liked this one. A great "car on a open stretch of highway" song. Mo's high harmony "I don't know" @3:20! For years Robin did live a separate life from Molly, her in the UK for stability for their kids and him touring or in Miami for work and that's what she said broke them up. She felt like a single mother who saw him a couple of times a year and it just wasn't tenable any longer. Enjoying your continued alternate weekend marathons. They both wanted stability for Spencer and Melissa of living in one place where they could feel secure and make friends as opposed to the nomadic life the Gibbs lived. Molly was also disliked by the rest of the family for supporting Robin during the breakup, as a wife should do, so she wouldn't tour with people who disliked her for that reason. Regardless, as you said, I wouldn't have let Robin out of my sight.
@@LillyMarz777 - Molly didn't like the US. I have to say I wouldn't want to live there either, especially now. Taxes were ridiculously high in the UK so Robin needed financially to live in the US. He flew back as often as he could and Molly said when he was home it felt normal and wonderful again. Eventually he did return to live in the UK for his last 30+ years and said you just need a good accountant and the taxes were worth living "at home". He loved the UK but his work was in the US....at least until the US blacklisted them. They both wanted the stability of living in the UK where they felt the education was better and it was safer. With that I can agree.

"Embrace" was written by Robin alone, so those are his lyrics. I'd like to request a couple of non Bee Gees songs for you...."Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman, and "Cats in the Cradle" by Harry Chapin.
This was the last song he wrote that was recorded by The Bee Gees. I believe Robin originally wrote "Cherish" for an LP that Streisand asked him to produce but Barry took over the project and that song was dropped but later recorded by Robin.
