So it's never possible to back up your iphone to the cloud unless you purchased more memory. That's a shame. And every time I've upgraded my phone the reps are always surprised that I haven't backed it up to the cloud and don't understand why the cloud back-up never works for me.
Today is my Granddaughter's communion. Last night my phone said I had no space in Icloud!!! Thanks to your video, I cleared my cloud and can now take a days worth of pictures!! He spent 80% of the time chanting “i will finally teach you how to use icloud” and then finally just says to open icloud on computer and delete a couple photos. It helped though, but make your videos short, straightforward and to the point. Thank you.
You have to go to recently deleted and delete it there then you’ll have more space! Cause when you delete a photo it’s not really deleted until you go to the app photos then go to albums scroll down and press recently deleted and delete all ur photos then you’ll have space!!!

Thanks for watching! My understanding is that iPhone backup does not save photos or videos...so if you transfer all your photos and videos to your computer you should be able to put those all back on a new phone.

Apple factories don't manufacture computers with the Windows OS, but Google Photos is easily used/integrated into apple devices. iOS: Google Photos app via App Store, Mac/Macbook: The Google website itself. As a side-note MacOS has an integrated software called Boot Camp that can be used to easily install Windows on your desktop or laptop. This is completely built into MacOS and is legal and supported by their website.

therefore it doesnt matter if you have a 32 gig or 64gig phone, you still have 5 gig of storage unless you pay extra smh. i think the best thing to do is to keep all photos stored on the phone and back it up regularly on itunes. that way, youll be splitting storage between phone and icloud

What if you don’t own a computer, how do we login/access iCloud.com? Safari on iPhone doesn’t open the same website.
Use desktop view in safari or try a different browser like Firefox, chrome, puffin, etc...
