In November of 2022, I went with my parents and my older sister to a bar in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania called Dobbs. We were there to see a band called The Iron Roses, with whom my Dad is friendly. Before they went on, a band called Two Good Eyes performed and they played a cover of this song.
I always confused Blitzkrieg Bop with this song when I was little. Not by the song itself, but the titles. Glad I did, probably wouldn't know this song otherwise. Thanks mom and dad for burning songs on our old Windows XP when I was like 3.
God, I miss this game so much. I wish I had the disc still, and the plastic guitar. I would totally just have a day to play these songs. Even learn how to sing these songs. I regret selling my Xbox 360 and PS2
I think that's mainly due to not being able to get the master tracks, which enable to separate the instruments more easily, and therefore resort to either covers, or re-records and live playings of those songs starting with RB2. Either way, it's still a shame they couldn't get the originals, but what can you do?

No stupid overchart solo. I like.
Fun fact: This is the only Wavegroup cover song in the game that doesn't have a BRE.
Whats a BRE?
@@jaxamax14 big rock ending
Unless you count beetlebum since it's a European exclusive
Band rock:yeaaah.
Guitar hero 80's:OOOOOUH YEAAAAH
well Guitar Hero 80s actually covered a *cover* of this song, most likely to make it harder since the cover was a bit heavier
@italian_weirdo also because that cover was actually from the 80s. the original Sweet version is from the 70s.
It fucking rocks seeing somebody play that good
ARE YOU READY STEVE?

I personally like the GH80s/Krokus version, but the RB/Sweet version is still a banger
Wow, this sounds so different then the rock the 80's version
That's because the Guitar Hero 80's version is based on the one from the band Krokus, while this one is based from Sweet.
Introducing the all-new 2019 Ford Ranger, built for the strangest of all creatures.
The vocalist during the verses sounds a lot like Damian Kulash from OK Go. Does anyone know if it's actually him?
How the hell couldn't a video game get the rights to the original Sweet track, but a Cartoon Network show DID?!
