I also play piano, but have trouble with keys on Rock Band. It's odd that the developers never thought of adding standard music notation for those of us that read it, and also tablature for the guitar/bass players.
@Brainfreeze56 I always take these songs into practice mode, as I can't sightread these very well at all. There, I learn ahead of time some of the things I'm going to need to do, so I'm not relying completely on sightreading the notes.
@Brainfreeze56 At some point, rote memorization is required. Your piano skills will help out in terms of being able to physically hit the notes without too much difficulty. I actually find it easier at times to look away from the track.
It's actually in the game (a disk song). Maybe if you can't find, you accidentally selected hide 1-star reviewed songs, and might have 1-lighted this song. Put it to "Show', and it should be there.

You have a better memory and reflexes than i do when it comes to keys lol i can play the drums good but the key board on pro mode is a bitch i like playing the reg keys better just like the pro mustang guitar is a bitch to play.

@radiohead419 more like G mixolydian. Basically has the same notes C major, but using G as the tonic.

@1wdc Technically there are about 17 keys on screen at any one time, including black keys.
