A little bit about me:
Hi! My name is Fern and I used to run a holistic business called Tranquility in a wonderful and calming space at the back of my house. Due to financial constraints, I gave up the profession but have always missed that connection and calmness I felt when helping others.
I’ve recently discovered ASMR via my daughter Melissa, who has convinced me to start this channel! Please join me on my journey of rediscovering these treatments and trying to help others relax - via the screen this time around!
I am currently making these videos as a way of remembering these treatments I used to offer. Sadly, I am not running my treatment room at the moment. ❤️

Wonderfully relaxing 😌 . Your voice is so soothing. I really appreciate that you keep speaking throughout the treatment and that the volume and tone of everything in the video remains consistent. I don’t know the proper audio editing terms lol, but "no surprises" is how I think of it.
Sometimes ASMR videos will have long pauses in the speaking, which causes me to jolt awake when it begins again, or the pitch of the speakers voice it too high or too variable. Whatever you are doing is spot on for me!
I also find it quiet healing to witness the kindness and mutual respect in the way the two of you relate to one another.

I'm currently signed off work for the next month due to anxiety and been having trouble sleeping, eating, motivation, all the usual things. I was watching your video yesterday and I was so relaxed I fell asleep and dropped my phone off the side of the bed which clanged (it's a doogee so really big and thick and no it wasn't damaged) which woke me up again. Loving your videos and I think you and your daughter are both great at creating relaxing videos, keep them coming!

So gentle and relaxing as usual. Thank you for your time, Fern. From an esthetics perspective though, if i am not mistaken, one should be mindful about touching the skin after touching the hair because of the oils and such that transfer, no? As someone with very sensitive and acne prone skin, i remember being taught early on to be careful about introducing bacteria and such to my skin. I just say this because from what i understand, you are hoping to move towards offering services to other again?

Hello me again, i wanted to apologize. I looked at some other treatment videos around, and I thought it would be respectful to correct/clarify my message because I feel like it did/could come off as a "that's incorrect/you shouldnt be doing that" when in fact what i mentioned is from a western facial esthetics perspective. It really just depends on what you are trying to achieve and also, of course, the nature of the treatment, which a client is consenting to.
