I know Boca Raton and I can confirm the houses go for a minimum of $500,000 for small houses. On a side note, there is a road in Boca called Glade's Rd that has a lot accidents every day due to dumb rich teens and old people.

Being a former Boca Ratonian I can confirm that those houses are nice. And when I say houses I mean mansions. All the tiny houses I remember got demolished at least 7 times. Can't say I miss it due to the insane drivers in Lamborghini and Maserati all over the place now. If I had stayed I never would've gotten a drivers license out of self preservation.
