Laws are characteristically regulatory, prohibitive, permissive, punitive, protective,and by general expectation impartial.Bushiri's case is not a baffle to neither the Government of South Afria nor Malawi.Let objectivity guided by laws in the two countries be the dependable tool in handling his case. Malawi's laws should be applied within the current functional legal framework as much as SouthAfrica's .The fugitive is obvious. Therefore, relevant laws should be invoked in the two countries to expedite extradition.Excessively emotional and accusing tones and finger pointing are not a panacea to Bushiri's soluble case, but diplomacy, determination and objectivity in the application of appropriate legal instruments. Facilitating his escape and his consequent arrival in Malawi are not core issues as at now, what is crucial is that he breached the law and so he is a fugitive and has to face the law period. My advisory is that let us leave the "HOW" to the two Governments and avoid exerting undue pressure on existing laws.

The ACT of the RSA government has clearly shown that they are not up to Justice rather trying to finish of Bushiri. Their action has significantly indicated how they have already concluded the case even before trial. They are inclined to convict him and not giving him a fair trial.
