I’ve had one for 10 years, never use it, just sits in a corner collecting dust, plugins give me the same sounds .. literally .. got a whole bank of Voyager Kontakt Samples. One of these days though I’m gonna set it up with Omnisphere as a controller since all the knobs and switches send midi data, and it’s 3 1/2 octave keybed has more keys than a lot of dedicated controllers these days. The knobs on mine are big and feel great, but the switches feel cheap compared to the 2 original Minimoogs I had in the 70/80’s. The wood cabinet on mine is Tiger Wood and nicer than my Mini’s were, the blue lighted pitch/mod wheels are blindingly bright on mine .. will have to bend the further away or put a diffuser in there if I’m gonna seriously use it someday. Dropped mine onto a lower rack tier by accident when it was new, seems built like a rock just like my original’s .. those things were tanks and fairly beat up by the time I got rid of em. All in all the Voyager is an interesting instrument if you grew up with original Minimoogs (D)
I had a cable go from the output of the Voyager into an instrument input on my soundcard. I then had to sync the captured audio with the captured video - which relied on a very short percussive patch that I then lined up with the video (matching with when the midi light flashed) -- that was then cut out since it's was purely to sync and didn't sound great by itself.
Sounds so damned good. Such a very musical instrument.

I’ll buy yours for 1k
A little "Escape From New York" and "The Thing" ! 4:14.
Do you know what is the tilted angle in degrees for the RME when used as a tabletop unit? Thanks for the video
I’ve got one. I’ve had it racked for ages. From memory it’s 45 degrees.
@@andreafox7267 Τhank you!
Had one before , it’s not so bad but not the best wouldn’t buy it again digital better some plug-in instead
They've discontinued this?! Damn.
It’s sad! Their current lineup just doesn’t have anything with this same raw tone.
And the price is crazy not worth no no better something different recommend ❤
How do you record directly to your sound card?

What rack is that holding it?
It's just a random metal rack I got from Thomann, though I can't remember if it has a brand or not
