MPACT East 2023 at Pocono Raceway - BMW car show & track day with the boys!

What a weekend! Me and the boys headed south from Vermont to Pocono Raceway in northern Pennsylvania for the BMW show, MPACT East 2023. Friday we loaded up Filipe's Stage 3 TTE700 2018 Audi TTRS that runs on E85, and Nick's Stage 2 2016 F80 BMW M3 running an E30 blend, for the five and half hour drive. The drive down was chill and after we checked in at the hotel we grabbed some food and detailed the cars.
Saturday we were up nice and early to head to the track. This was the main BMW show day with roll racing, drifting, HPDE and a burnout competition. The weather was perfect and there were a ton of nice cars in the show!
Sunday was roll racing only, where the TTRS more than held its own against some fast BMWs and other Euro, domestic and JDM cars. The highlight of the day was the last run where we hit the speed trap at 158mph from a standing start over 1/3 mile.
We're already stoked for MPACT East 2024!
