It just comes with the frostcraft build, he didn't add it.
@mattodlum5558 I know but but he doesn't have heroics so going to low hp doesn't make any sense when he can stay max hp and get a dmg boost

Imo, you should submit your speed run on MHW leaderboards. Your Fatalis freestyle speed runs are too insane for it not to be on there.
I don’t think they update the leaderboards anymore. Plus, I use a lot of mods that are considered not legit so it would be unfair to console runners

He did enough damage to break the head already when it's knocked down or caught in binders
The heartbreak animation can't occur then
Think of it like the head is locked on 1hp
Any attack to the head when fatalis is moving again will break it

If ur in the smoke bomb Fatalis can’t see you and you can either make him look around or if you’re in the smoke bomb long enough and then get out he roars
