Glover joins THE Podcast to talk about his decision.

Love this kid. Seems like he’s got a great head on his shoulders, comes off very humble and serious/focused. “I didn’t see myself being a pro I saw myself being a buckeye” makes me so happy that this kid gets to live out his childhood dream and I believe that’s going to be a major factor in this kid’s development and success. These kids are well aware of how a guy like Jack Sawyer was improperly used last year.
My biggest concern with Knowles is that he didn’t see the his skillset wasn’t conducive to where he stuck him.
That’s a big red flag. Knowles says he has learned from his mistakes. As long as he’s been coaching defense, he should have already been experienced enough to have seen that.

Clayton Northmont is a suburb city in the North Dayton area. There are very few football players in the Dayton area that are not big Buckeye fans & would love to play at THE OSU!
He chose us over ann arbor and Kentucky I like this kid already. #GoBucks

Lost Dylan Stewart… I don’t care about this transfer. Jim Knowles’s defense gave up 40+ points in each of the last 3 games of the season which costs us the BIG10 championship and the National Championship. Jim Knowles doesn’t like recruiting and it shows due to the fact we’ve lost on major recruits that we were supposed to land. Sorry but if your getting paid $2 million a year to be a defensive coordinator then you need to deliver results and idc that it’s his first year he is costing Ohio State SO MUCH and, how much more is he going to cost us before we fire Jim Knowles???

All I ever see you do is complain, the landscape is changing, and teenagers are completely unpredictable. It isn't always the staff that is the issue.
This season will tell us more about how well Jim Knowles defense will do for the Buckeyes. I can definitely see James Laurinaitis being our Defensive Coordinator some day!

The loss of Stuart is tough. While I agree the Gamecocks is a weird choice. There’s a reason and sometimes it’s the individual. Not the coaches or the facilities. Couple more out there. We will land a couple.
We just had 2 guys medically retire (both lineman I think). Since they are out wouldn't that open a scholly for Glover and Styles Jr?

Not sure, he was a 4 star. Was offered by Iowa, Washington, Duke, WVU, and others at that level. So, we'll see. Losing out on Viliamu-Asa was a blow.
But I will say, he clearly wants to be in Columbus.
It doesn't make up for it but great for depth and could develop into a good player

When Jordan Marshall comitted to Michigan, this podcast had a complete meltdown. Ever since then every commitment has been a victory over Michigan lol. Tough times for Ohio State man.
