Meal Ingredients:
Grilled Catfish
Catfish Fillets Granulated Garlic Blackened seasoning
Sides:
Roasted Fingerling potatoes
2 tablespoons garlic (granulated or powder) 2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil (or oil of your choice) Preheat oven to 400
Asparagus
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons of chicken broth
