Wikipedia defines polyrhythm as "the simultaneous use of two or more conflicting rhythms, that are not readily perceived as deriving from one another, or as simple manifestations of the same meter." The part is the piano rhythm from the studio recording imposed over a 4 on the floor beat. It's very clashing and clearly not how you'd feel the piano part in the original song or here at 18:23, which would be 3/4.
