If you meet professors, doctors who are at age 60-90 became professor and doctor due to scholarship provided by USSR, US and investment also made by Government at that time. Now the students who are becoming doctors, engineers and professor from their family money or his own money why would they come to Nepal to do samaj sewa, they have to earn that investment.
