- The King of Ruin himself plus his army in his maze of a base. For some strange reason, the cutscene after Kyo-Oh is blocked globally. I wonder if they forgot to lift it or something but either way I had to take out the cutscene. Update: 3rd time re-uploading so far because when I uploaded for the 2nd time, the cutscene BEFORE the boss was now the copyright reason, so I removed both.

Gotta say. I was a bit confused when "Kyo-oh" wasn't using his lightning attacks. I was equally surprised to see that it was Targa.

@@Archon3960 No. I've heard of DOOM, this game is just hard for me, I guess because RPG's during the last parts of the game shall be very difficult, even on Easy.
@@TorikoManga218 Yeah but if you did play the yakuza series before this game you well be fine on Normal mode when I played yakuza 1 for the first time and start learning on normal mode it was hard a little bit but you have get used to it when I play this game it wasn't hard on normal but on the hardest difficulty I got my ass kicked a lot but did finish it it was hell

It was only fitting that the guy who voiced Kiryu also voiced Kenshiro. Not because they're both badass, but because no one listens to them when they're being reasonable

Funny enough, I got that it was a Sonic reference WAY before I learned this was made by Sega.
Why do they keep appearing in front of Kenshiro, they are already dead.
If I was with them, I would tell Kenshiro go and kill the boss.

@Preston Garvey to be fair knowing Ken he'd probably try to defend the one that helps guide them for at least showing some common sense since the rest'd probably attack, there was that one guy that basically went "Nah fam fuck that shit I ain't messing with Ken" and all his other former allies fought Ken and promptly died.
I would run for my life after seeing my teammates blowing up after Kenshiro hits them once.
Henchmen, let me give you some advice:
Never try Close Quarters with Kenshiro. It never ends well. Try long-range artillery. It might not work any better, but you'll have more time to run and hide!!

Chris Well the guy who created Mad Max, George Miller, has seen Fist, met its creator, Buronson, and likes it a lot. Before Fury Road, he wanted Buronson to make a feature length Mad Max anime.
Probably the boss I had the most trouble with, either him or Raoh. When I eventually play the game on Extra Hard for the trophy I'm dreading this fight.
I just need to finish grinding Destiny Tailismans and its going real well. The highest one I've leveled so far is Level 3, when they have to be leveled 7 times each! And theirs about 20 of them!

Really? for me he is the easiest boss of all, Raoh is considerably more difficult, the damn can kill you in one blow if you do not take care of him.

I've just started playing this game,and I'm struggling to level up,only on level 18,and just don't seem to be getting anywhere,it's really annoying...any advice bud?
I really dislike “Kyo-oh“.
The name, that is.
It tries to emulate Ken-oh and while I wouldn't necessarily MIND that, we have both Ken-oh AND Kyo-oh in quite rapid succession.
Ken-oh was terrifying for what it meant in the manga, before we knew that his name was Raoh.

But that really loses its effect if Ken-oh is basically introduced as “Raoh the Ken-oh“ (which does not even make sense to people who don't know what it means) but then we have an incredibly similiar name.
It takes away from the mystery, I feel.
Then again, I'm rambling.
But that IS what I do best. So why not? Anybody want me to stop? Everybody? Ok.
So Ken-oh means “The King of Fists”? If so, Raoh the Ken-oh makes sense. Or is Ken-oh just a name?

Kyo-oh means the king of malice or thr menancing King so it's not entirely without a meaning.
@@derricktsai3157 I never doubted there was no meaning, but to my knowledge that meaning is never explained, for one (so to the english speaker it might just sound like two very similiar names) and, as I said before in the manga/anime you always hear the name “Ken-oh“ without actually knowing who he is. It's basically just that phrase describing him as the king of fists.
With Kyo-oh we basically get a face (even if he's masked) before we get the name.
You're absolutely right on that. It's one of the downside that just comes from the nature of localization as the names works just fine in Japanese and Chinese. In terms of showing off Kyo-Oh's presence, there is a limit to what the game can do unfortunately and Hokuto no Ken itself is guilty of "Tell and not show" for some of the villains.
Still, I suppose when compared to Raoh, most bosses would look like small fries haha.

Probably, but recent Yakuza games (English ones, that is) had none of these whatsoever. Plus, no other boss of this game had them and they had before and after cutscenes as well. So it just seems pointless to keep it for this guy.

when they first appeared, Ken didn't want to kill them, so they don't explode. The developers probably forgot to program them to explode in this fight.

In the ending, Targa says Meito Kieken really messes his body up because (*SPOILER*) he’s half “Terminator”. In conclusion, how the fuck does this boss fight even happen?
I'm fairly sure Targa doesn't use any of Nadai's move in this fight, just regular attacks and dodges.

With this video I discovered that a walkthrough might be impossible because cutscenes from this chapter and the next one are blocked.
I find this boss as the worst of the game, I do not know, I feel that it is flat and without joke, Nadai and Targa alone are fine, but this semi fusion of the two does not give much fight, it does not have an interesting attack, and it does not even have QTE.

I grew watching Hokuto No Ken and the only game I see that got everything right is the PS2 fighting game. I really don't understand why these game developers aren't making the games properly.
Not made properly ? What are talking about ? This is actually good, despite it using an older engine. There's a lot potential in this franchise to make a perfect game. Also, which ps2 Hokuto no ken game are you referring to ? If its the fighter made by arcs system, that game was broken and very bare bones
If you have seen both seasons of Hokuto no ken and it’s storyline then you would say the same thing I’m saying. The graphics are shit, they could have done better , also recreate and use the same story for the game
Seen both seasons of HnK as well as the films. Sega took story elements from the manga to incorporate this for oringinal story and it worked. There's already a games that follows the story from the manga called Ken' Rage. As for graphics, this is up there with Borderlands and the developers wanted an anime style.

It's why the video guy is already quite OP, level 75 vs 45. But if the game really is not that difficult, it's just entertaining, even if some challenges of the Coliseum and the Secret Boss are quite difficult.
