Kadamba Fruit chutney Recipe

  • After a long time posting this pending recipe post.
    Do try this no cook easy local recipe and utilize this seasonal fruit. "KADAMBA CHUTNEY"
    PROCESS:
    •Pluck 3-4 unripe or ripe orange coloured ripe kadamba fruit.
    •Then remove or scrap out the brown part if any.
    • Clean the fruits in water and chop into small pieces, keep it aside.
    •In a mixer jar add 1 green chilli, black salt, salt to taste, jaggery as per requirement, 5-6 fresh coriander leaves, 6-7 pods of garlic or small piece of ginger,1tsp cumin, 1 tbsp mustard oil and chopped kadamba fruit.
    • Blend it all well into a thick paste by adding required amount of water. Your sweet tangy chutney is good to go with any kind of pakoda, dosa or rice.
