Recipe for the potato stew:
A bit of Cooking oil
1 Onion 🧅
1-2 Garlic gloves 🧄
2-3 Tomatoes 🍅
Some Carrots 🥕
Some Potatoes 🥔
(Additional some Chili 🌶️)
Spices:
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable broth
Garlic powder
Curry powder
Paprika powder

Love this food, it looks yummy. Sometimes, I add red beans, garbanzo and black eye peas to my potatoes.

We have potatoes stew too , but not in my tribe as Vinn . My tribe we use them for soup more . And I grew up in Yaoundé -Cameroon where you eat everything lol! I noticed you cut the pepper with the seeds. Adding the seeds make for the meal to be extra spicy. Now that’s a real vegetarian dish.
With curry, I eliminate tomatoes but add coconut milk. Just my preference.
