    Interesting bikepacking couples setup i am 100% sure it will evolve.. from what i can see you guys are traveling together going tho the same place but your unpacking many bags to setup camp .. and yes your 100% right about those aereo bags they just to heavier and to thick ..yes they last for ever But hard to use .. excalty same as those narrow front rolls bags ..get rid of them first thing to do when setuping up a bikepacking setup .. if you want tips just ask i be happy to tell you

      @ thanks man havnt made a video in a while been focusing my my family and solo and couple setup been dailing it in before I release a video as i want make all my gear been tested including setup but iam way happy with the couple setup so far

      @ here my setup for couples it might help …Couples Setup Overview
      Bike: wife’s Bike
      • Rear Aeroe Rack (14L Pod):
      • Contains the kitchen setup and 3 days’ worth of food storage.
      • Frame Bag:
      • Left side: Holds 3 liters of water with filter and hose connect to handle bar .
      • Right compartment: Stores wheel repair tools and spare parts .
      • Front Top Tube Bag:
      • Holds personal items such as a phone, wallet, and other essentials.
      • Front Stem Bags:
      • Left Bag: Camera gear.
      • Right Bag: Battery banks and chargers.
      • Second Set of Stem Bags:
      • Right Bag: Her windbreaker or high-visibility jacket.
      • Left Bag: Her arm warmers, gloves, leg warmers, and other layers.
      • Front Frork Bags (5 litres Bags):
      • Left Bag: Tent fly.
      • Right Bag: Tent inner.
      • Front Handle Bar Bag:
      • Contains the full internal sleep system, including 2 air pads, sleeping bags, pillows, air pump, light, and all base camp clothes.
      Small Bag attached hold our wash kits easy access
      Bike: my Bike
      • Rear Aeroe Rack (14L Pod):
      • 7 days’ worth of food storage.
      • Frame Bag:
      • Left side: Holds 4 liters of water with filter and hose connect to handle bar .
      • Right compartment: Stores all other bike repair tools and spare parts .
      • Front Top Tube Bag:
      • Holds personal items such as a phone, wallet, and other essentials.
      • Front Stem Bags:
      • Left Bag: DJi Drone
      • Right Bag: My Camera gear
      • Second Set of Stem Bags:
      • Right Bag: MY windbreaker or high-visibility jacket.
      • Left Bag: MY arm warmers, gloves, leg warmers, and other layers.
      • Front Frork Bags (5 litres Bags):
      • Left Bag: wife’s rain gear ie water proof socks rain pants and rain jacket
      • Right Bag: My rain complete set of gear
      • Front Handle Bar Bag: sea to summit event bag Large
      • Contains the all our clothes clothes.
      Small Bag hold first aid kit very visible and fast access
      Purpose:
      This packing system is designed for efficiency and organization:
      • Wife’s Front Bags: Only unpacked when setting up camp to keep the process streamlined.
      • Rear Food Bags: Easily accessible for quick stops to cook or grab supplies, with rear storage on both bikes for convenience.
      • My Front Bag: Holds clothes that are only opened every few days when it’s time to change.
      • My Fork Bags: Contain rain gear and are only accessed during heavy rain.
      • Tool Distribution: My wife carries wheel-specific tools, such as spoke wrenches and patches, in her frame bag, which is only opened for wheel repairs. If other bike-related issues arise, my frame bag is accessed instead.
      This system ensures that everything is packed with purpose, minimizing unnecessary unpacking and maximizing efficiency on the road.

    Thanks for the vid and detailed content. Fond memories of the grand depart 3 years ago. Currently riding Alaska-Argentina.
