Thanks for the video. I have an Old Timer USA 15OT fixed blade knife. The model that I have has a gut hook on it. This knife is always carried in my hunting pack. Your right it is a great skinner for small game or deer. I have also used mine for many camp chores over the years. Old Timer was a great USA brand. Even today, the Old Timers made in China are a good value Knife with pretty good fit and finish. Anytime I find a USA Old Timer I try my best to make the purchase. Enjoy your videos. - Tennessee Smoky
Production on this model started in 1974 and ran until 1989 . Oddly Schrade kept producing the gut hook version of this knife until 2004 . Snagged mine at a flea market for a song the seller didn’t know what he had .
Found me one about 2 months ago, really like it. It’s old school like me.
You can't beat these US-made Old Timers with a stick! Loved the video.
Thank You, and you are correct. Love the 154OT
I have this one, the sharp finger and the Deerslayer, all great skinning knives.
I have an old Shrade knife made in the USA and I'm very happy with it, they aren't as easy to find now as they were a few years ago.

I’ve been carrying a schrade old timer for the past 30+ years... I also have one of those but it’s a Uncle Henry handle. I love my USA 🇺🇸 oldtimers!
Thanks for the comment
