Some mod details:
Population increases - Units (99), Spartans (99), Leaders (10)
Spartans can board Vultures/Scarabs
Scarabs are starting unit for humans

just when you thought the scarab wasnt scary enough, heres its predator.
Haha, the scarab was moving it's turret to aim for the Hall and ended up destroying the whole base, shows just how freakin powerful it is.
The scarab isn't that powerful the match was modded plus the scarab had a 16 star spartan in it

Thats all the enemy team ever spawns when I play. I need this mod cause they'll send up to 4 scarabs to my base, and it bothered me not being able to have Spartans hijack them.
This is what I want.
Not the Spartans thing. I want 99 Scarabs that move at the speed of a Warthog fucked up on PCP and Angel Dust.
i always hear people say this, but noone has explained whether u make the 360 like this or if its how they are when u buy them? as in do u check when ur buying one that it can run unsigned code, or do u make it run unsigned code by altering it somehow?
and how do you get one and/or mod an existing 360 to do that?

i would love these mods becuse it would act up the game a little sence its stupid the way it is sence there is stuff that shoudl have happend and needed it to so it wouldnt be the locked up child that it shouldnt be

+Emperor McCarthy Sorta. If you were to extract the game files from "root.era" using my tool (on halomods), there's a file, data/leaders.xml (or .xmb if the option to convert binary XML to text isn't used). Each leader has a "Pop" entry:

You'd want to replace both instances of '3' with some higher number (I think I used 99?), and then update "root.era" with the changes

no. that would be an entirely different type of mod and every player would have to have the mod for it to work. It would also have to be run on a private server. this mod simply changes a couple of yes's and no's in the game's code
