I prefer the Acela over NE Regional because you get to reserve you seat. But ultimately choose whatever is the cheapest. I love the quiet car, sometimes folks don't keep it quiet haha
Acela usually is not worth it from DC to NYC. often, the Acela makes it to NYC 10-15 minutes behind schedule. but it’s definitely worth it when you have an upgrade coupon and use it to upgrade to Acela First Class! And if you manage to come across that really cheap price for Acela, definitely take it.
I just take whatever train is the cheapest that works with my schedule. Sometimes Acela Business runs cheaper than Northeast Regional coach. Amtrak pricing is all over the place.
Thanks for the insights!
Good video, I would love to see you review the new Aveila.😊

That Acela train looked filthy. One note, business class on NE regional should include unlimited free non-alcoholic drinks.
I was told just one in the past :(
A bit of research indicates that experience varies every time, haha 🙃

It sure is. I remember that Acela cost was just half of one before and after it!
