I wish I could meet her and learn more about indigo dyeing. I was wondering did she tell the process she followed for the dye bath?? I am from India and visited Japan long ago but now I really want to visit to learn shibori, Boro sashiko.....

先人の知恵、植物の力は本当に凄いですよね❗実家が昔、染織とお蚕さんをしていたので夏休みの自由研究で藍で絞り染めをやったんですがもー大変でした😅何回も何回も染めて乾かしての繰返しで染め物のを仕事にしている人たちのありがたみがわかりましたね🐤

藍染してるとこ、初めて見ました!緑の葉っぱからこんな色が出るなんて誰が発見したのか神秘的です。何となく花びらとかから染めるとばかり思ってました。教えて下さってた方も、テキパキしてて見てて気持ちよかったです^_^景色も綺麗ですね。
